Awful service, I cannot believe they are still in business or any of the reviews here.

Brilliant agents. George found us great tenants and Kim, our property manager, is amazing. Ultra responsive and professional. She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to managing our flats and there have been a few issues. We swapped over from another agent and we couldn’t be happier.

The easiest 5 stars I have ever given an agency! I had the pleasure of working with George, who went above and beyond every step of the way making the experience and moving into our new flat seamless. George and New Space Lettings have to be some of the most trustworthy genuine agents in London and I would work with them and recommend them to anyone in a heart beat!

This absolutely has got to one of the most honest and trustworthy letting agencies in London. I have dealt with countless pushy letting agents throughout the years. They didn't just work hard to me the flat I was looking for that matched all my requirements, but were also 100% honest and flexible when it came to all the contractual arrangements. One of their letting agents, Louis, went out of his way to accommodate me and to respond to my million different queries, always helpful and understanding. I was worried there had to be a catch - there wasn't. Because when I actually had to pull out at the last minute because of the Covid situation, they honoured their commitment to refund me the deposit I had paid. I can't thank them enough - you're not dealing with a letting agency but people. Absolutely recommend this agency, and Louis!

I had several problems with New Space until Kim Rees took over as property manager. She is efficient, helpful and communicates very well with both the owners.
Before she became the property manager there was a change of three people within one year. If not for Kim's consistent, practical and reliable support I would have looked for a new estate agent to manage my property. There have been several issues which she has rectified but I especially remember a problem with a utility company which she persistently pursued until it was resolved.
In brief. she is A1 and always gets the job done! I would have given a 2 star rating if not for her, Melissa in accounts and Richard in the office.
I would normally prefer a property manager to be living in the same country as the property being managed. However she has been a more effective manager than others I have dealt with who were based in the UK.

Our property manager is always very reactive when a problem occurs in our apartment. Is it good to be able to rely on her.

Cindy is really helpful and great! Replies really fast and answers any questions that I had ! Highly recommend !

Moving is such a pain. That's why I appreciated New Space effort to make it nice and smooth. The agency was highly professional (a rare quality in the London Letting Agencies), Cindy was extremely kind, precise and efficient. Highly recommended.

As a first-time landlord, it can be quite overwhelming letting out your property, but Kim and Richard made the process very smooth and helped demystify what's involved for me. I found them very responsive to any issues that needed sorting - so I don't really need to think about anything - although I can be as hands-on (or off) as I like. 18 months down the line, any quibbles I have had have been sorted to my satisfaction - showing a high level of professionalism and fairness - which I feel is a rarity in this sector. I can definitely recommend New Space for landlords.

I would absolutely give Kim Rees 5 stars. Throughout our tenancy, whenever an unfortunate incidence occurred in the flat, Kim was responsive and helpful, as well as being very pleasant to deal with, always doing whatever she could to fix problems.

I've never been with an agency that was so responsive and took care of tenants so well. New Space has been great at taking care of us, making sure any concerns were handled promptly, efficiently and without hassle. Cindy and Kim were awesome at dealing with our requests and anything that cropped up! Fab!

Cindy has been a wonderful agent to work with and has been very responsive. We had some issues when we moved into the flat we're renting and she made sure serious problems were addressed quickly. From what I've heard, New Space seems to be much more responsive than other letting agencies in the London area.

Have been working with Kim at new space for a couple of years now and she is a pleasure to work with. Always easy to get in contact with and also always happy to help.
