Was with Newspapersubs for 12 months…

Was with Newspapersubs for 12 months which went went. Offer of vouchers at an agreed set of rates for a further 12 months. First 6 months went well, then without warning subscription rate was increased significantly after this time beyond the set rates. This is unacceptable. Tried calling customer service, forget it, nobody cares. Prices were jacked up by over 40%. Really disappointing as the service was good for a short period.
Be aware. Direct debit cancelled.

Outstanding customer service

Excellent customer service! Spoke to a lady called Ruth who was more than helpful and have decided to extend my sub solely because of her!
