SUPER SATISFIED
From the first moment I wrote to Ronnie (CEO of Newstate Branding Co) I knew I had found the right company. Super attentive, answered all my questions, the design part was very fast, response times were very fast. Overall very pleased with the experience. In the final product, there was a problem with transportation, apparently a package suffered an accident during handling and a couple of items arrived with defects, however when I wrote to Ronnie he immediately sent another batch of the product at no additional cost . Today I can say that I am SUPER SATISFIED and YES I would do business with this company again. I would give 6 stars if possible, just because the customer service was amazing.
