Nasce da Leonardo De Rosa, ragazzo legato al territorio ed ai gusti e sapori eccellenti che ha sempre assaporato sin da bambino. L’idea è quella di portare in tutto il mondo i prodotti e sapori unici che contraddistinguono l’Irpinia; prodotti di un territorio penalizzato da sempre dalla mancanza di lavoro e dalla fuga della maggior parte dei giovani spaventati nel costruirsi una vita qui.
