Received my Eyepods!

Received my Eyepods and the other materials today! Quality packaging - everything arrived in a professional way with instructions and charging cover. Shoutout to Alma who provided timely and informative status updates along the way. Anxious to try this product - it’s charging up right now!

Don’t get scammed people this product…

Don’t get scammed people this product does not work. I’ve been using it for a month now and the no changes. It actually gotten worse. The under eye bags appears to have grown. The before and after pictures is a scam. They probably photoshopped the after picture to fool people.

I had an issue with the quality of the…

I had an issue with the quality of the eye pods I ordered soon after receiving them. I contacted customer service & Alma was immediately on the case & solving my problem. I sent a video showing the problem I was having & Alma emailed me back the same day to advise me that they will be sending me a brand new pair of eye pods. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thrilled with the respond & resolution I received. Looking forward to receiving the new pair & enjoying the benefits of the treatments! Thank you Alma!

Eyepods & eye tightening cream

I purchased the eyepods after researching eye devices for bags and I purchased this one. At first I found it to be kinda of challenging with the sticky pads. Customer service was extremely helpful in giving me tips to try especially since they kept sticking to my fingers. The suggestions helped. The pads then didn’t stick to my finger. I really only tried it for about a week so didn’t give it the full 3 months. And I’m sure they work for those who purchased it however I’m very impatient. Also purchased the eye cream to help tighten my under eye bags. I’m older over 65 and I guess I’ve had my bags for a while and they are big. I really didn’t see a huge difference. Maybe need to use longer. So this really wasn’t for me although others seem to love the products. I will admit I am impatient and wanting results faster which maybe not possible since it took years to develop those eye bags. Working with customer service for a refund took a few emails, however they were fast and helpful. In the end my issues were addressed.

Does not work

Does not work; in fact, it may have made eye bags worse. Used it consistently for 3 weeks now.

Awesome customer care

My order was delivered at night but stolen from my front door. Contacted customer services and they sent me a picture of the delivery: no contest, it was my home.. I reported that the package was stolen and they immediately agree to send me a new replacement order. Thank you to Alma who is truly amazing as a customer care person.

The the hinge on the case for my…

The the hinge on the case for my eyepods broke and I contacted them to see if I could have a replacement case. To my surprise, they are going to send me a brand new pair of eyepods under warranty!

I have been using them religiously for one month and still have not seen any change in my eyebags. Will keep going, some of the other reviewers say that improvement took a while and am happy to give updates.

This company seems to have integrity and I am impressed with the customer service that Christine from Newtiful has given me.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, my skin had a bad reaction to this product…BUT the customer service was phenomenal. They listened to me and refunded my money.
The positive part…is the machine actually helped. The bags got smaller and I really wish I could continue using this machine! Of all the dozens (hundreds?) of products that I have tried, I really felt it was working.

The quickest response and solution I have ever had

Had a problem with one of the eye pods and contacted customer support. Within a few minutes I was contacted by AJ. I explained the problem and it was resolved immediately. Can't think I have ever dealt with a company that resolved an issue so quickly . 10/10

Helpful customer service and hopeful new customer!

A purchase like this for someone on a teacher salary is a luxury and I was hesitant at first. I typically do not trust online products, but I needed help with my under-eye bags, so I made the leap for my birthday and have not been disappointed. I started a week ago. I am very excited to see how this will help the bags under my eyes.
One of the pods was not functioning properly so I reached out to the company for resolution. With in an hour, AJ from Newtiful support responded with help! AJ was very kind, helpful and PROMPT! He responded quickly and let me know what information was needed for resolution. AJ made the process so easy! They replaced the nonfunctioning pod with ease and took the worry away.
These days so many companies stop all customer service one you receive the product. This does not seem to be the case with Newtiful or their customer support staff. Thank you AJ.
