Strings aren't even processed yet and I…

Strings aren't even processed yet and I ordered on the 2nd of this month and today is the 11th. At this rate I am doubtful that my order will arrive.I phoned to see what's going on because the website is having problems. No one has got back to me so not very happy with the service.
The strings are excellent quality, but the service seems to have got worse.

I am very sorry you have had issues with the website, I am working on fixing this but it is taking time. However, out of stock and custom sets do take 14 days to be made, which is stated on the website when ordering, so we will be making them very soon for you.

Best sounding and playing strings for short scale bass!

Just got my first set of Newtone Shorties short scale bass strings. Put them on my Nordstrand Acinonyx V2 bass. They are by far the best strings I have played on this instrument. The open string tone and punch is greatly improved and the overall sound and playability is a revelation. Only 5 stars, because there aren’t any more! I’d give these 10, at least. Best sounding and playing strings for short scale bass. By a country mile! Sounds and plays like a long scale!!!

brilliant

I've used these strings several times now and in all seriousness they are the best yet, head and shoulders above the rest. The tone is sweet and the strings are very responsive and they have a longevity.
