Had to cancel my bank card to keep safe. It is impossible to track your parcel, or to get in touch by email and phone, number has been with held. Newton Export looks a really good professional site, very good products at a cheaper price. Wish I just ordered from Argos for my new phone. wondering now if it will ever be delivered. NEVER AGAIN. Well that's £31 down the drain.........to good to be true.

I made a purchase on February 3rd, a TV to be precise and same old story, that shipping will take place within a week, then they are experiencing delays with the courier...I called my bank on February 8th and canceled my card so nobody could use my info, issued another one for free in 2 days. I also requested that the transaction with newtonexport be canceled, and yesterday, on February 16th I got my refund from my bank. In the bank statement appeared Budapest, but in the location details of the vendor appeared Mumbai, India. Sooo, gotcha, scammers, they still write me emails, saying it takes longer for the courier to get to them and pick up the package...they don't even know I already got reimbursed by BBVA which deserve a 10 for their prompt attention.

DO NOT ORDER - THIS IS A SCAM. Any positive reviews are fakes. Please don't take the gamble. They should be taken down. Your goods will not arrive and they will not respond to email

It’s fraud.

I purchased a TV for almost 800 euro. After one month of excuses why they couldn’t deliver it I cancelled the order.
Note that the communication occurred only via email as nobody replies to the phone number provided; furthermore, they started with the first excuses only after I asked about the status, otherwise they would have probably not communicated anything.

They confirmed the cancellation and informed me (via mail and without ever including a signature) that the refund would have occurred after 14 days according to their website policy.

No refund ever occurred.

It's fraud, avoid it by all means.
Poor customer service, no transparency, their company address is in Hungary while they provide an Italian phone number which no one ever responds to.

This is scam. All positive feedbacks left by them. If you buy something from them you will never get the item or money back!

Not recommended, took a month and a half to receive the product and the package was completely destroyed from the bottom.
Went you do the payment it says all taxes and fees are included, what it doesn't say is that are ONLY included in the European Union, so if you send the item to UK you need to pay an extra fee, in my case was near 25% of the value, I feel scammed, never again.

Awful experience. Package arrived in bad condition and parts inside broken. Noone took responsibility and I am the one who has thrown away the money.

This is honestly the worst website I've ever ordered from. Almost 20 days after ordering and my item shows no signs of being dispatched. I emailed them and they told me that they were waiting for the courier to come and collect it - 9 days ago. Couriers come every day. Now they are ignoring my requests for a refund. Disgusting business practices, should be shut down.

This Is A scam! My Credit Card details were stolen and they sent all the Money to an anonymous hotel.

I ordered 2 items from them. Store pages were quite slow and it was bit difficult to find actual products. Payment were ok and their promised (on delivery details) to ship in 10 days. It took 18 days until shipment left with no communication whatsoever. Shipment itself came in ok time. Only that first item (hood for kitchen) was delivered upside down even big big arrows on side of the package how it should be orientated, but luckily, glass stuff was still ok (thanks to Bosch Home Appliance good packing system). Other item i ordered was iPhone7/8 screen protector. I received iPhone7/8 PLUS screen protector thus it was too big for my phone. Then started very odd pingpong emailing with their customer serivce where they claimed i ordered this (and yes, based on their product description i ordered iPhone7/8 protector) even it was a PLUS model. Then they say it will fit if i cut it (!!!) in right size. Tempered glass!!! Then i could return it ... but in my expense! Ok, stopped emailing as noticed it was nonsense. Would not recommend even prices are ok.
