Questions direct and requires a bit of…

Questions direct and requires a bit of work before so you have meaningful data to populate. From my perspective the questions usually challenge, how good are we at measuring, challenge our thinking so I would say as an individual and an organisation we get a return.

It's a scam

It's a scam. After completing the survey and receiving the message "you are getting paid!" they tell me that "Unfortunately, the recruitment phase of this study has concluded." In other words, they got the survey but didn't fulfill their commitment.

They interrupt long surveys closer to the end and call them "screeners" to avoid paying

So they answered to my previous review and called the actual survey, which they had me go through, a screener... Nope. A screener is a short quiz consisting of a few questions, not an extensive 20-minute detailed survey with super-specific questions about specific companies (questions like "how likely are you to recommend this company to your friends?"). Otherwise one could just have people go through surveys and call everything a screener eventually, without ever having to pay. And that's what they actually do! Just don't waste your precious time on their so-called "paid" surveys.
