Have emailed and commented to request an update for the chair we purchased late 2024 - no clear responses provided and thousands of people have been left without their item with many now disputing with their banks. Company has completely stopped communicating with its customers and it’s highly concerning, especially considering they charged extra for shipping!

Not an upstanding company to do business with. They claimed to be about transparency and communication and they have been everything but. Although a handful of reports have come in indicating chairs were delivered from their Kickstarter campaign, nearly everyone else has been ghosted. 30+ days since communication from them and they claim ignorance on the ability to track shipments.

Treat doing business with this company as if you are going to a casino. Be prepared and okay with losing every dollar you hand over.

Company said they'd provide an update every 2 weeks or so, but hasn't complied with that promise since April. Their latest update was a month ago and was a whole month from the last one. No one from the first 100 backers has reported getting their chairs. All their responses don't have any useful information even when asked directly like an AI--which is clearly used to reply to any inquiries.

Haven't heard back from the company in months. Predicted delivery time has passed and still no updates or tracking details. Very upsetting

Participated in a Kickstarter for the NEWTRAL Freedom-X: Multi-Position Chair. As backer 988, they promised that the parcel was on its way for months, yet no shipping updates were given and nothing arrived. From their Kickstarter updates page, it looks like nobody has received the chair, despite paying full price plus additional shipping.

They do not respond to emails and there is not phone number to reach. I have not received a refund for 6 months now.

If I could give 0 I would . What a horrible chair and poor design , causing back pain. Customer service only via email and super unhelpful. I wish never bought this chair.

I bought their chairs on IndieGoGo at the end of 2023. At the time, they promised to deliver them around February or March 2024.
And they didn't keep their promise. On the contrary, they kept saying for months that they would ship them soon. Some people actually received their chairs. But I still haven't received mine after a year, and they keep ignoring my inquiries and refund requests.
If you search google "newtral magich indiegogo", you'll see that this isn't a problem that only happened to me, and you'll understand just how dishonest they are.

Its outstanding design and excellent comfort are due to its seep understanding of ergonomics and innovative spirit. Every detail of it has been carefully crafted, making it both beautiful and practical. I believe that in the future, it will continue to surprise me and become an indispensable part of my work and life.

Its unique leg rest and back support convinced me to buy it right away. However, I'm constantly searching for a chair that can provide me with the comfort I need to work long hours comfortably. My favorite chair is this one! The foot rest is a cleverly repositionable chair that lets me select the most comfortable position for work or rest, relieving pressure on my head and lower back. It is the ideal company for extended workdays or brief pauses.

I ended up choosing the chair from their website because it looked functional and affordable. I have always had a bad back, so I was looking forward to this chair helping me solve this problem. I also think adding a footrest that can be used in a lower position would be a great design to improve the overall comfort experience.

I was deeply attracted to its design and comfort level. The chair looks like it has some amazing comfort and ergonomic features, and it looks super cool and would be a great addition to any space.

In my consulting job, when I am not traveling, I spend most of my time sitting in front of my laptop. The chair has most of the features I expect from my current chair, such as excellent lumbar support, flexible adjustment of many parts of the chair, and a useful footrest. The chair feels comfortable enough that I can even take short restorative naps between work, which is priceless to me. Although I have tried to do this with my current chair, it is not as effective as this chair.

I had a hard time finding a high-quality office chair for my home-office. My biggest challenge was finding a chair that had adjustable leg rests, neck and lambar support, and looked like a recliner.

I chose this chair because it has all the features I expect at this price. In the past, I have always only bought those relatively cheap chairs, and I always feel that there is no need to buy more expensive but more ergonomic models. However, as I got older, I realized it was time to invest in a truly worthwhile chair, and when I found this, I was excited to see how comfortable this new chair would be.

I choose the MagicH for the adjustability and comfort. The added features of a foot rest and attachable laptop desk cannot be beat. The competition from Herman Miller & X-Chair are double to price or even 4x the price, and they still don't have the features the MagicH does!

For me it's the auto-following back support. Lumbar support o most office chairs is often very basic and unsatisfying. Having a more customizable lumbar that automatically adjusts to how you're sitting sounds great.

There were several features and qualities that attracted me to the Newtral Magich chair.
