Do NOT use this company! I am still waiting for a refund almost 2 months after they cancelled my flight! I booked my trip with them, never received my ticket. After numerous emails and 3 frustrating calls I was finally told the airline had cancelled my flight - had I not called this company repeatedly for my ticket status I never would have known. Now for the refund - again numerous emails & calls only to be told “it’s processing”. For 2 months? Completely unacceptable and I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone

totally fake website! do not waste time. booked month and a half in advance and no ticket was available.... tried calling and no one could help. Kept getting put on hold and literally it was just them sitting there "silent" but could still hear noise in background. after several attempts they stated flight couldnt be booked and was therefore a cancelled transaction. luckily no money was lost but i can see some have lost money. please use different agency.

Worst travelling company ever! Booked my flight paid for a ticket and in one hour flight was cancelled it was more then 7 weeks ago still didn’t get my refund. I called them like 20 times they always telling me I need to wait couple more business days, i’m not sure if I ever gonna get my money back

Canceled a flight about two months ago and still haven't got my refund back I message asking for a call back because when I call no one answer I still haven't got a call back just an automatic email replying the same I will never use or recommend them again.

Booked tickets in February, they charged my credit card, I was never informed either by email or my telephone that flight was approved or disapproved,
checked with them a weekbefore the flight in May looking for-my etickets, they said that price on tickets went up, they tried to contact me, but I never responded, which is not true verified by my call logs and email logs including spam. Bottom line I have no tickets! Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys, you can get the same price tickets working directly with Airlines!

be ware . boked a flight with them March 24
they charge the money then few days before the flight
send an email they tried to reach me and could not get hold of me ( not true -they never tried to reach me)
then promised to send full refund within 14 days max
never happen. their "costumer support" has no real answer and impossible to talk to the "refund department" smell like a fraud. stay away!

We booked a trip through this site for 8 people and they said it was canceled. They refused to give back the $1200 for the trip. Then lied and said they gave it to the bank which they did not and when asked to give us someone in charge they said no one was there and hung up on us. Please do not be frauded by this company we are taking legal action!!

I made the mistake of booking a trip through newtraveltrip.com a couple of months ago after I saw some positive reviews about it online and on social media.
They never sent me my tickets so I called multiple times as my trip was approaching and I kept getting told I’d receive the tickets that night over email. It got to a week or so before my trip and I decided to call and finally cancel. I was promised I’d get a full refund and even received an email with the confirmation.
It is now 2 months after my canceled and I still have not received my refund. I still call and they tell me they’ll call me back because “they have to check with their manager” or because “the team that processes these is not in”. Do not make the same mistake I made.

Frustrated!!! I never give bad reviews but this time I'm out $1078.30 and I have to say something so people will not have grief like I do.
I booked a first class United flight thru Newtraveltrip.com on 4/28. On 4/29 I called to change my flight( also having purchased customer support pkg $29.90 for insurance) Romano changed my flight to American charging me an additional $871 for taxes😲for two one way first class tickets, totaling 2100$++. Romano said I would get my refund within 48 hrs and it's been 19 days so far...no refund!!! And United airlines has no confirmation number under my name. This is a mess. I shouldn't have to worry about this business transaction if Newtraveltrip.com was a honest reputable company. Furthermore, the customer service number provided makes it almost impossible to reach some one who can actually help me with this loss. If you want to be safe....do not use the Newtraveltrip.com website.
I'm so upset about what has happened.

JUST HORRIBLE!!!! PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH THEM! I bought two Flights for my Fiancé and I, they flights were never ticketed, i gave them a Call, and i Actually had to Call 3 times that same day for them to actually take it because the first 2 times they had me on waiting line to finally send me to Voicemail. When they finally answered my phone call I explained to the person my flights were never ticketed and that it had been 3 weeks already since i had bought my flight and still no signal of the E-ticket. He told me i had to sent an email to customer service, which i did and they said i was expecting to receive those E-tickets in the next 24 hours, but I never did so I emailed them again, same response they had me like that for 3 days! And i never got them, I ended up asking for a Refund that they've postponed for the second time already, it's been 2 weeks and they still haven't refund my money! A damn refund doesn't take 2 weeks!! WORSE SERVICE EVER! TOTAL SCAM!

Emailed was sent back no address by that name. No one answering phone left a message first time. Second third and fourth time number would not even connect. Attorney General needs to investigate. Total scam.

Its been 3 months since I requested my refund. They refunded only part of it soon, but the other part is still not refunded yet. It has been 3 months and 5 times of asking. The last response was just the same words as the one before that, but all red.
Calling them is not even better, all the servers I had are all with a very thick indian accent, impossible to understand.

3/24/2021 Cancelled flight confirmation # spoke with Peter . Received email confirmation for refund and new corrected flight information
4/7 called for status update on refund 14 to 21 days before refund is returned
4/26 called for status update on refund within 3 to 4 days Jack??
5/3 called to check status of refund since it has been 5 days.
5/14 called to check status of refund since it has been 9 days since my last call to inquire of my refund Jack. Advised it’s in the process asked to speak to a supervisor since it’s been 37 business days since confirmation of refund notification was received. Jack advised no one was available to speak to me. I requested a manager or supervisor call me asap to resolve this issue.

A complete scam. My trip is in two days when they called to tell me “your flight is not confirmed.” I told them they had to find me a new flight and they said they would for how late the notice was (I booked the trip 5 months out). I got a call a bit later saying it was confirmed and I was going to get my flight information via email. When the email never came I called back and was told if I wanted that flight I had to pay $800, so when I asked for a refund I was told “we can give you a credit”. Bite the bullet and pay the expensive amount through the airlines company cause today and $400 later on a flight one day earlier than I expected is not worth it,

Scammers!!! Not a legit business! Don't book with them. Book directly with airlines!

This is a SCAM!!!! I booked a flight and it was to the wrong destination so I called and immediately cancelled. They tried to get me to hurry up and buy another ticket but I said I would wait until I got my refund. This was on April 6th. I still have yet to receive my refund. Everybody I talk to tells me a different story. The first person said I would get it tomorrow, everyday it was “Tomorrow”. I emailed them and they told me 7-10 business days. Then when that didn’t happen, they told me again 7-10 business days. I bought a One-Way ticket for my 2 children and myself for $322, that I will probably never get back. I will be reporting to BBB and filing a report through my bank. DO NOT BUY from these people. They will take your money and I believe all these “Positive” posts are FAKE!!!

This is a scam! Please buyer beware. They scammed my elderly mother, took money, never sent ticket confirmation then cancelled her ticket with no refund showing at all!!!

Also there good reviews are all phony check the dates one day and go back a few days later same crap just changing the names and dates to make it look like great reviews.. also check with the B.B.B THEY HAVE A TON OF COMPLAINTS AS I ALSO FILED ONE WITH THE A.G OFFICE IN WA. STATE.
This company is a fraud. I ordered my tickets over 49 hours. Ago I checked my bank yes. They got their money for 2 tickets have me only a confirmation code and said they'd soon send out a e ticket.. well no e ticket ever. Arrived.. so I first. Tried to e mail them. It was. Kicked. Back as not a real e mail address.. I called was hung up.. one lady answered. But could not tell me when I'd get am e mail ticket. I stated but you have my money credit edd. To you what's the problem.. no answer for the delay.. just said oh it takes. Time..b. s.. . Called.back again was hung up. On.... So I went to my bank. And disputed..canceled that card as well to prevent further fraud.. then the a holes call me staying they canceled my trip and would refund me if I don't dispute. It.. too late..and no thanks I do not trust them.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

They will email a receipt once you purchase your ticket and tell you your e-ticket will be sent once the payment is verified. They provide a fake email at the bottom of the receipt and when you call the phone number they always hang up. They charge your bank account under "delta airlines" so you think its legit but on Delta's side of things they can see your name for the flight but it will say that you didn't purchase a ticket yet. As if it's on hold. THEY ARE A SCAM!! Their positive reviews are all fake too!!
