I really do love my Urtopia. I ride it nearly every day and it is really enjoyable in nearly all aspects. I think the handling, looks, e-experience and ability to exercise are all terrific. My only gripes are that the Turbo mode really doesn't add much to Level 3, the seat is uncomfortable after about 30 minutes of riding, there are no fenders that go with my rear rack and I've had a few experiences where the electronics have turned off with a full battery in the middle of my ride. I have updated the software regularly.

Great customer service. I had an issue with the battery and they resolved it quickly and very professionally. Customer Service is outstanding like their bikes.

Overall I like the bike, hopefully it will stand the test of time. My big complaint is the unadjustable seat post.
I think that is a major flaw and would hope that changes on future models.

I have emailed with Annie several times since I purchased 2 bikes over a year ago. Annie has helped me with questions as well as promptly assisting with a broken spoke. We love our bikes and will be dedicated customers to Utopia due to their products and people like Annie.

i disagree sharply with such ikons of a most unsustainable product on four wheels, which psychological is associated as an output of a extraordinary whish to signalize a male virility, while expressing that the driver needs an instrument to show, what's not inside: Quality as a human who can convince others by acting honestly. It is a contradiction too friends of biking, who love it to live sustainable and like driving in respect to our nature!

I was interested in the Urtopia bike from the first time I heard about it. At the time though there were only options for taller people (5'7" and taller, which I'm not!). Eventually though they did offer a smaller frame, and I ordered one right away.
My commute to the office is over 17 miles, and I don't own a car. I had been relying on colleagues who could give me a ride, but that limits me to days they are going in, and are available to make a detour to pick me up. With my Urtopia Carbon 1S I can get there in about 55 minutes, averaging close to 19 MPH. This means I have more independence for getting to work, and a fast way to get around when doing errands.
I have already pre-ordered the new Carbon 1 Pro!

I have had the best experience anytime I contacted support. They were prompt, professional and extremely helpful.

I have the Utopia S1 bike and it is a dream to ride. I’ve had other electric bikes but this one is smooth and powerful. I’ve had a question about the size as it seemed to tall for me and customer service solved my problem by sending a shorter eat post. Now it’s the best ride I’ve ever had! And I’ve been an avid road biker but getting older. This allows me keep up with my club mates. Currently riding the length of the C&O Canal tow path in sections.

I really like the light weight Urtopia bike. I like the connectivity of it. I just wish you could go faster on one. Max speed is around 17 mph (unless you want to look like the roadrunner).

My experience with Urtopia, particularly regarding my e-bike order, has had its highs and lows. Initially, I encountered several challenges, especially with customer service responsiveness. I placed my order on June 20th, 2023, and for a significant period, reaching out to their team proved difficult. The contact number provided was unresponsive, forcing me to rely on emails, which were not promptly answered.

By July 26th, 2023, I still hadn’t received my bike, and my inquiries about the order status were left unanswered, despite multiple attempts to get updates. This led to considerable frustration and uncertainty about the fate of my purchase, to the point where I contemplated canceling my order. The lack of communication and delayed response compounded the issue, especially after being initially informed the bike would arrive by the end of July, only to be notified of delays later on, albeit with a compensatory offer of a $100 credit, which I accepted.

However, the situation took a positive turn when Urtopia shipped my e-bike and applied a $100 discount off the original price as a gesture of goodwill. Upon receiving and using the bike, I was impressed by its quality and design. The bike is lightweight and feels excellent to use, meeting my expectations in terms of performance and build quality.

In retrospect, while my journey with Urtopia started on a challenging note due to customer service and delivery delays, the resolution of my issues and the quality of the product have significantly improved my perception of the company. I appreciate Urtopia’s efforts to rectify the situation and hope they will continue to enhance their customer service and communication to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

I bought a bike last year in the autumn when it was still possible to enjoy cycling! I'm thrilled with it! I am often asked by passers-by what kind of bike it is. It is very stylish and manoeuvrable! For me, as a woman, it is also very light! The customer service made me a good offer! I recommend it! thank you

Battery drain in a day and half with no charge.
The communication with the cell is not friendly and software need update for alarm and many features. Bluetooth malfunction

Please DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMAPNY! UNRELIABLE !! you'll waste thousands of dollars in a cheap quality bike and yes it does look nice but you'll need to fix it from time to time and there are no parts available! you'll have to pay for it and it has to be shipped from china since they don't have any stock in USA!!

Customer service replied to my review saying I have to buy the products!! well, they're just punch of liars and dishonest agents and they literally asked me to write a good review on their Facebook page or trustpilot to get the product free of charge!!
the common situation is not to buy reviews for your trash bike and ask people to write good reviews that's what called common situation.
