Jim came in to deal with the waste disposal I inherited at my school I started in September. You would not believe the amount of chemicals stored improperly. It has been a huge relief to have them disposed lawfully.
Jim’s an easygoing guy, he was open and friendly over email and face to face. He answered questions and doubts I may have had.
Amazingly cheap!
I will definitely be using them again in the future. I cannot stress the relief I felt when New Waste Solutions took the disposal away! I recommend! 10/10!

The consignment was picked up on time on 16th Dec. There were two additional items that had been missed from the original request and the chemist quickly assessed them and added to the pickup, which was greatly appreciated.

I required a collection of chemicals from a secondary school in the West Midlands.
The chemist arrived a little after the original time stated, but you have to make allowances for traffic etc.
He was very professional, he loaded up all of the chemicals into the various plastic drums in the back of the van and left me with a copy of the paperwork.
The quote was the best I had received from various companies contacted and I was very happy with the swift service. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

This company was by far the cheapest quote we had for disposal of our unwanted/out-of-date chemicals. The customer service was brilliant always there to answer questions and keep us posted. The chemist who came to collect - boxed and catergorized all the chemicals on site, we did nothing. He was very pleasant and helpful. Very impressed with their service. New Waste Solutions were great; very helpful with any queries, explained the process so we knew what to expect, broke down our quotation as requested for different departments in our school and collected quickly. They gave me a date and time for collection and despite the driver's long journey were pretty much bang on time! I would definitely recommend them!

I am more than happy to provide feedback regarding the jobs Adam and his team at New Waste Solutions have carried out for us.

For background, we are an established (been around for over 25-years now!) broker, specialising in the packing, collection and disposal of hazardous waste.

We 'cover the country' so try to offer a service Nationwide and that includes the Isle of Wight.

In order to do that we sometimes need extra help - so Adam is our first port of call, for any laboratory chemicals or difficult wastes we may need to subcontract.

We do this because:

We've been doing this a long time and acknowledge and appreciate that Adams standards are excellent, and New Waste Solutions 'go that extra mile' with regard to service and providing our customers with that extra care we try to provide ourselves. Lesley and Adam could not have been more helpful when I contacted New Waste Solutions to arrange disposal of numerous chemicals whilst progressing clearance of my father's estate - who had been an industrial chemist - not the easiest of items to dispose of I was finding! However, New Waste Solutions were more than happy to arrange collection and safe disposal. Lesley and Adam were professional and very understanding during what was a rather stressful time, as such I highly recommend New Waste Solutions.
