Worst customer service, I gave 1 star because it is not possible to give 0. I bought a pack of boxers wrong size, didn’t open them found out it was wrong size and went to return the day after and they refuse to refund. The service was mad and rude “ it’s not our fault you chose the wrong size” the answer of one worker. They say they have a policy of not returning boxers, that’s fine they have that policy at least write it in the item so it’s visible to the customer. I think it’s weird and not giving a damn about a customer. I don’t know really if it’s everywhere in Denmark but I have never been rejected to refund my money what every I bought as long as I have the receipt. Worst store/shop!

Great value for money! The clothing is stylish and affordable, but quality is decent, not luxurious. One issue I've noticed is that popular items tend to sell out quickly, and often there are no sizes left. Still it's a great choice if you're looking for cute outfits without breaking the bank.

The "newyorker" has clothes that aren't good quality, and the colors are limited and is expensive for what it is.

It's terrible, the quality of the product leaves much to be desired. Sometimes things come across with open defects ...

That's the only place where I can find good stuff on normal prices in Denmark!
But please, update your website, because I traveled 70 km to get there, because in the website it says that it's open!
