Relevant Refresher Course
The course was easy to use and material covered was relevant refresher.
The company also graciously refunded the expedited mailing fee since I received the certificate via regular mail.

I told this once
I told this once. It was the most boring session that I've used for defensive driving. No interaction. Also this time, there were problems with signing in, which I usually don't have a problem with. I will not use New York safety councils course again.

Drivers course in my humble opinion
I thought I would learn more, some parts were new info but the majority of I would say is driver experienced. I think it could have been shorter many statistical data points.
