Do not trust or do business with these…

Do not trust or do business with these people. I order the rescue device for choking from an ad on Facebook and it was buy one get one and First off I msgsd them two separate ways trying to cancel my order and they waited til it shipped to respond and now they lost my package, saying it was delivered it wasn't and I've been waiting for days now to just get a simple response. I'm stilling waiting for them to refund me cause it clearly never even came which idk if they even will but just don't trust them. Get the devices off Amazon. Their customer service is horrible and they prob lied about even sending the package. Looks like a scam company !!
