They designed my database and website from scratch. The system I had was extremely messy and buggy.

After what they did it is way faster. The UI is very nice as well.

I had an introductory call with Adam, where he explained to me what is necessary to land a Lead Developer position.
We discussed about my CV, my experience, and how I could present it in a better way for lead development positions.
Although we didn't continue as I have other professional priorities at the moment, I have a strong feeling that Adam would be a great mentor.

I did the Lead coaching, I am currently interviewing for 2 Lead roles with 15k - 18k salary increase which would be massive for me. Honestly was not getting much luck during applying before and the improvements is definitely thanks to the coaching. It gave good perspective on the position and gave me the confidence to break my imposter syndrome here. Definitely recommend this.

I had a 3-hour session with Adam, and it was incredibly insightful. I came to the program as a fresher after a coding bootcamp. The experience helped me identify my interests within the technology field. I gained industry insight in a way that the bootcamp I completed prior, simply couldn't offer.

The time I invested in daily stand-ups and participating in an Agile environment, completing tickets with the support of a group of developers was well worth it. That is how web development projects are actually organized in a work world. It is note worthy that this program offered more peer support than there would be in a real job.
