Ich möchte sagen, dass der Support gegenüber dem "Facebook-Chat" sehr toll. Support-Managerin Julia hatte eine klare Erklärung und änderte schnell meine E-Mail-Adresse (es war Hauptursache)
Für Julias Unterstützung werde ich 5 Sterne vergeben. Ich habe nur 4 Sterne vergeben, weil nexible erwähnen sollte, dass die E-Mail-Adresse von @icloud.com Probleme aufweist. Verwenden Sie daher in den häufig gestellten Fragen andere E-Mails oder wenn Sie eine E-Mail geben. Ich wiederhole, dass der Support über Facebook noch einmal super war.

Just would like to say that support was great over "facebook chat" support executive Julia was clear in her explanation and quickly changed my email address.
For Julia's support I will give 5 stars. I have given 4 stars only because nexible should mention that email address with @icloud.com are having issues so please use different emails in FAQ or when giving an email-- I again repeat support over facebook was awesome.
