Good support service

Very happy with Nexo. I made a mistake which was my own fault when sending funds into Nexo. They somehow spotted my transaction, I got my funds without interaction and a follow up email to help me so I got itnright next time.

Nexo Is Not safe a exchage

The customer is nightmare to get hold and I'm warning any that funds will.nit be safe on this platform. I've lost over 20k and can't get any straight answers and now logged of the account my self . I had two factor protection and some how they accessed my account. They have told they won't have any protection to for my funds on there platform . All so if check out they have just had cyber attack and 1.7 million of investors details have been stolen . YOUR MONEY WONT BE SAFE ON NEXO AND SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN MUCH HELP

Outstanding FCA regulated exchange

I have been using a few UK FCA regulated Crypto exchanges, some good, some average, but I need to decide which of these exchanges match my requirements best, in terms of user Interface, reputation, reviews etc. Thats when I discovered Nexo. Something about it just stood out and I just had to research further. It's early days yet, but my initial findings are very positive, especially their earnings system, offering competitive interest rates on your Crypto holdings (and their borrowing facility) ... so with Nexo's reassuring security, efficient customer service and ease of transferring funds in and out of your linked UK bank account, I would encourage others to look into Nexo, as like myself, you will be impressed.

i just had over £20000 from nexo…

i just had over £20000 stoeln from my nexo account today , and im then i m told its my fault by the chat and will not covered , this evsan tho i had two factor authcation on the account log in and only way to log in was to send a email tio my account and ive not received any today ,and the person on the chat was terrable and cant get hold of any one to sort it out , all so the what i can see is the they sent to bank account that uis nuthing that to do to to do with me in pounds some , and ive never done any trype of transfer from this account of it , I WOULD BE VERY CAREFULL AN AVOID THIS COMPANY , I all so it seems they have cyber attack AND have been breaches a breach of peaple data has just happend this month

Great exchange but costly

Keeping my crypto here for a very long time, I like the fact that interest is paid on them, but the service has quite high fees, so you need to be smart about using it. (I particularly kinda hate the fact that fixed terms cannot be unlocked) The UI is somewhat improved compared to the earlier one. They also offer Nexo card to spend your crypto if you wish. Overall its a good crypto exchange, but its costly

Not recommended.

The employee did his job well.
However, I am not satisfied with Nexo's service. My account was blocked, but I was not told why. All I did was deposit money and try to buy a token, I did nothing else.
But this seems to be a common practice among banks and brokers that belong to the system or are subservient to it.

Not having futures trading for about 2 …


I’ve generally had a good experience with the platform, but I ran into an unexpected issue recently. For about two days, I couldn’t access futures trading – no prior notice or explanation, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get through to customer support quickly during that time.
Futures markets move fast, and not being able to trade (or even get a timely response) felt risky, especially when positions can change so quickly. I ended up missing a small opportunity, which was a bit disappointing.
I did submit a ticket through the help center on the platform, but a faster way to reach support during urgent situations would really help. I know these things can happen, but a quick heads-up or easier access to live support would make a big difference for futures traders.
Hoping the team can look into improving communication and response times for time-sensitive features – I really like the platform overall and just want it to be as reliable as possible in fast-moving markets! Thanks! 😊

I've been using this service for years

I've been using this service for years, and it's getting better. The Support Team is really client-oriented, which is the second valued feature for me. The first one is security. Trust or do not trust your bank has always been the question to consider, but it looks like the Nexo Team is working hard to eliminate possible security issues.

Sorry for the 4, but here’s what happened.

Anyway, here’s my take. First, about the card — it’s supposed to have $50, but that’s fine. There’s a credit system, so overall it’s manageable. Plus, the fees are low.

As for my case, I was just blocked — well, maybe not ‘just,’ but the point is I didn’t really use it much. I won’t argue because they allow you to calmly withdraw all your money within 7 days. You can top up and withdraw cryptocurrency without any issues, and they announce a ban in advance, so huge respect to the company for that.

Overall, what can I say? I didn’t really use much, but I can recommend the company and the virtual card — even though there’s that $50 balance thing, it’s minor. Honestly, I would have loved to use it more, but it wasn’t meant to be. Still, I recommend everyone to try it; in any case, your money won’t just be stolen or blocked, leaving you unable to withdraw anything. This is a good company.
