Good strategy game overwhelmed by GREED
Good strategy game, but in a very slow pace due to extremely limited resources and time requirement for activities.
The game contain ASTRONOMICAL amount of Ads and cash offers, the customer service is beyond pathetic, numerous bugs, locking off people from the game asking them to update while the update is not available worldwide, for some people, update may be delayed to 6 - 24 hours later depending on the location resulting in unequally inaccessible to defenseless base.
Opening a ticket asking for urgent assistance can be delayed to at least 2 days or in many occasion that occur recently, many tickets were abused by their privilege to be ignored and closed without notifying, from standard bugs, hackers report, to in-game questions that did not provided. Responsibility Never taken, Apology Never perform, Compensation Never offer, no matter how severe the problems are (sometimes they even try to make an excuse to make you the responsible one instead). Almost Every CASH items in game either temporarily or consumable making most of the cash spent in this game wasted like pouring the water.
Only thing good in this game is the use of....... massive buggy strategies against overpowering opponent due to extremely questionable opponent matching algorithm.
