Order never arrived

Customer service were extremely helpful and the delivery has arrived!
Never got my order.
According to the tracking service, my package got here 3 weeks ago, and there was no answer at the house. I happen to know that I was at home at the time they say they checked, and even so, since then no one tried to contact me in any way.

I’ve looked into your order details and can see that a second delivery attempt was made and a note left. I have reached out to Post Israel in regards to this matter.
I’m concerned no notice has been left with you, as they inferred in the tracking details. Please could you kindly confirm your delivery address is correct?
FYI once we hand over the parcel to the postal service (Royal Mail subsequently the local delivery destination delivery partner, Post Israel) we rely on them to deliver in the conditions of service they set out. Unfortunately, Post Israel has clearly fallen short in their commitment to delivering to your address and we can only apologise on their behalf until we get a response back.
Moving forward, we can offer you a full refund or try to resend your order for free, although I have concerns that the same issue may happen again. Also, may I suggest if you could contact your local post office to see if the parcel remains there so you can collect it or arrange re-delivery at a time that suits you.
Please kindly let me know how you wish to proceed.

Great product
Great product. Easy to use. The clips for securing a thinner laptop do slightly restrict the width apart you can place your wrists when you type, but my MacBook air sits on the stand stably without them. Speedy delivery.

As a physiotherapist
As a physiotherapist, I know how important is to set the height of the laptop screen on the eye level. Before Nexstand I was using books, boxes but this only helped me when I was working from home. After getting this stand, I can correct my ergonomic environment wherever I go. Have been using it on daily basics, for 4 years now, and can only recommend it, especially if you want to get rid of neck pain and muscle tightness.

I can't recommend this stand enough
I can't recommend this stand enough. I work from home and it's been amazing as usually I struggle with my posture when working on my laptop but this has changed massively thanks to my NEXSTAND.

The stands are great
The stands are great, bought one for myself but my brother and nephew saw it and wanted ones for themselves too so I purchased them again. Delivered before expected delivery date and everything was as described. 5 stars.
