Hopeless. Avoid at all costs

Hopeless. Management have no idea what is going on. They don't save you money. They lose your stock. They avoid all accountability. They intentionally set up your account full of errors that cost you significant amounts of money and time to fix. Find someone else to manage your inventory. There are plenty of other amazing 3PL's which will do a much much better job than Next 3PL / Next Logistics. They are hopeless. Avoid at all costs.

Unprofessional and damaging to our…

Unprofessional and damaging to our business.
We’ve worked with multiple 3PLs over the years — none have caused as many problems as Next3PL. Orders were constantly delayed, inventory was regularly incorrect, and customers frequently received the wrong items. We’ve also had inbounds take weeks to be processed and returns left untouched for months.

What’s worse is their refusal to take responsibility or offer any form of compensation, even when their service failures were well documented. Despite their breaches of contract, they’ve made it difficult for us to terminate and retrieve our stock — we’ve had to escalate the matter legally.

This partnership has resulted in significant financial loss and long-term damage to our brand. Strongly advise staying away.

Avoid at all costs!

The worst 3PL we’ve ever dealt with. Constant delays, wrong items sent out, stock management errors, and overcharging — even after we pointed it out repeatedly. Returns sat unprocessed for months, costing us sales and frustrating our customers. They advertise “99.9% accuracy” but the contract doesn’t actually guarantee this, and they refuse to compensate for anything. We’ve had to involve lawyers just to try to get our stock back and resolve the mess they created. Terrible communication, no accountability, and a complete disregard for their clients’ business. Stay far away.
