AVOID! Waiting for my refund over a month! Read all the reviews, they are all true!!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID, i was overcharged for a car service and they refuse to refund my money, just ignoring all my emails. Scammers
Paid upfront £143 for MOT , oil and filter change, mechanic came found a fault and said no point continuing as will fail so cancelled MOT and oil change, said I would get a refund 2 weeks later and no refund. Despite several emails and response back from Paul Cumins the managing director promising it, now got to pay again for a reputable company. Do not use these or if you do DO NOT pay upfront, would not recommend at all
Payed for pre-purchase inspection but the car has been sold the same day. Asked to make a refund for several times. It's been more than a month since than but still no refund. No trust after that.
Before you even think about booking try calling their customer service number and ask yourself how will you resolve any issues when you can't get hold of a person.
Click Car servicing is a nightmare, I booked to have my brake pads and discs replaced. The day of the work was meant to be carried out the mechanic messaged me to say he would have to cancel as he was ill but would re arrange asap. a few days passed and nothing, I chassed several times and kept getting brushed off. It was getting closer to my MOT date and I gave them one more chance, rebooked for the Friday morning and ten minutes after the arranged time they messaged me to say they had to cancel. My refund took another week as apparently the accountant forgot to process it.
Clickcarservicing Guildford avoid at all costs. Paul the owner his word, honours nothing and messes you around. Doesn’t keep appointments is late and doesn’t complete is jobs. Over 3months of delays and constant errors they give me £150 credit for future repairs and will replace the tyres and when the time comes. I’ve been chasing to get my service booklet stamped, excuses and more more excuses, tyres weren’t as discussed or agreed on, shock absorbers, no show mechanics, don’t have the correct equipment, damages the suspension, takes the shock absorbers to get it done elsewhere and doesn’t show up and messages he’s up north and won’t be down south again for another two weeks. Wants to refund the shock absorbers quote of £280?!! When the total is nearly £700 he needs to refund me £150 credit, £160 for tyres as won’t let him work on my car again and £280 and x amount for any damages occurred. Stay away!!
BEWARE! First time using them was ok, the second time i used them they couldnt turn up after booking a day off work said parts hadnt arrived 🤪🤪said be out next day so another day off work and another excuse the fitter had been in an accident said they would be out saturday, so cancellled my plans saturday to get a text later on and i mean later on to say be with me in the afternoon and he would let me know what time, so cancelled them. what a bloody joke only good thing at that firm is Molly whom was ever so sympathetic and helpful.
Overall quick, cheap and detailed service. good level of checks covered. The language in the report could do with being consistent ie the use of good or yes. Also if something in the report is not present, putting good or yes should be marked N/A. Finally the report is a bit too personal from the inspectors point of view. Its nice to hear the car is good, but best BMW i've inspected and absolutely amazing car probably makes this a little unprofessional language.
All you want is money. A bit sad if you gave the first one free so people can see what you can do then maybe they would subscribe.

Brilliant service and so quick and easy to do, took less than a minute to get all the information I needed! So much information available which is broken down in a really clear way and easy to understand. Will definitely be using Nextcarcheck again!
Nextcarcheck are a brilliant choice to check out a car or van you maybe buying , especially in today’s market as 1 in 3 have some kind of issue with them so in my opinion you would be crazy not to go with this company or one of your choice? I picked these as had good reviews and were free , plus for a small fee they would go the extra mile and find out everything about your car , and I mean everything. They don’t leave out anything so you would be crazy not to at least have a free car check first then go from there ? Thanks Nextcarcheck you did me proud thank you M Barnshaw
