Extremely disappointed by this process
Extremely disappointed by this process, I shared with a CS team member who is processing refund. These were for a funeral that was yesterday but arrived today.
I was told there was an equipment issue but this was never communicated until I reached out and the deadline was missed. Have shared with others my disappointment with NDF.

We had a delivery date of 4/14/26 - that meant nothing
We had a delivery date of 4/14/26. On 4/14/26 the order was not only not shipped but delayed in production. I could have gone eo a less costly place, locally, and had them in hand already and less expensive. The Name "NextDay" means absolutely nothing. If you want them on time, go elsewhere.
