Matresses ordered, out of stock but a phone call informed us of this, delivered four days later which is amazing. We live in the Highlands of Scotland, which is about as accessable as the moon to some companies, so am extremely impressed with the service and delivery from nextdaymattress.co.uk Just had a washing machine delivered which has been travelling around the country for 18 days!!!!!

Excellent service and product
The mattress arrived nice and early, I was able to contact customer service to enquire about my delivery and dealt with a nice helpful lady overall very happy with the service and product. Only downside there was only 1 delivery man so we helped as he was struggling but he was very helpful and even helped us bring the mattress up to wear we needed it

Ordered mattress online with no problems. Arranged delivery for four days later. Received phone call saying mattress not in stock so rather than change delivery date as I had to take a day off work, I paid extra to upgrade another one. Waited in and received phone call to say mattress was delivered to wrong warehouse and delivery was next day. As I had already wasted a days holiday waiting already I asked for first delivery. Was assured that would happen, but it did not get delivered until near mid day. (had already paid for morning delivery). Not happy and will not buy from them again. One star as mattress is ok,

I tried to leave a review on their web page but could not, reviews seems to me selected by the company and poor reviews are not shown deliberately on their web site only the good ones present (who knows if they are from genuine customers). don't order from them , if you have a problem with the mattress, you cannot exchange or return it once you use it even tough I have only used it couple days and ended up having really bad back when I got up in the mornings. there was not any name on the mattress or on the packaging to identify the product. it came without a invoice. the mattress was very uncomfortable, the cover zip broke after one go .I called customer services and asked if I could return or exchange the product, they said they cannot do anything once it is used, and they did not offer any suggestions or solutions. I bought a mattress due to good reviews on the their web site which I believe does not reflect their average customer rating in reality and paid £170, don't waste your money like me,
Superb Service
I ordered a mattress inbetween christmas and new year expecting it to come after the new year on the 29th it was delivered well impressed. I also ordered a king size mattress protector but was sent a double true to their word the new kingsize protector was delivered first thing after the bank holiday.

ordered mattress - delivery men left it at curb and refused to bring up stairs until i gave them additional cash. i was expecting service to my door or clear indication that it was only curbside delivery.

I ordered a memory foam mattress,via web,after confirming delivery,and payment I received a phonecall appologising,that the mattress was out of stock,and given the option of choosing a replacement. I enquired when my original order would be in stock,i was informed Silentnight deliveries too themselves were on Tuesdays,and I would receive it AM Wednesday.True to their word, that's what happened,many thanks Nextdaymattress

piss poor delivery service.
i ordered my mattress at 6am on wednesday for a thursday delivery. it arrived the following tuesday despite numerous telephone calls and no word of apology or explanation. nicky freud.
good delivery, but they cannot deal with a change
I ordered a bed frame and a mattress, the mattress was delivered next day. but not the frame. when I asked them about frame delivery, were not able to provide me a deadline, not even in weeks (out of stock; good reason, but they took the money)! I had to ask for money back. Next time (I ordered again, my mistake) I made a mistake about mattress dimensions. I asked how can be replaced. The answer: they will accept the mattress back, but will keep 69 pounds for that, and I have to transport the mattress to their warehouse!!!

Unable to deliver
Ordered a bed for a specific moving in date. Mattressnextday.co.uk happily took my money, then promptly emailed me to say the item was out of stock and they could not deliver. I then had to find a bed from somewhere else and the £200 I paid is still sitting with mattressnextday.co.uk for the next 7 days. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

utterly disgusted with this company i ordered king size mattress by mistake 4 hours ago, and to change to a double will cost me an extra £69, and the same to cancel my order, it was a simple mistake and how come i only paid £19 delivery costs and you think you can charge me £69 and at the end of it i either receive a matress to big for my bed or pay almost £70 for nothing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! You cannot do this and i will get my money back after seeking legal advice on consumer rights.
