The customer service has been beyond exceptional. I ordered a product which was great value and on a pre order price you couldn't argue with. There was however issue with Royal Mail delivery. It should of been with me in 1-2 days. It didn't show but when I queried it with ND, Mark was fantastic. Chased RM and checked in each day to see if it had arrived. Then sent a replacement tracked 24 immediately that it was evident it wasnt going to be here. Landed today and product is as described and can't wait to get going. If it was not for the attention to service I'd of gone elsewhere... But I can say this is next level and they will definitely provide what they profess. It's only going to get better now the community is live too.

Alright so I never leave reviews but I feel like I owe it to these guys because they've made such a difference. Started on the 30mg vial back in December after my mate kept going on about it. Was a bit unsure at first cos I'd tried everything over the years and nothing ever stuck. First few weeks I barely noticed anything tbh, but then around week 4 it just clicked. The food noise everyone talks about, that constant thinking about what to eat next, just vanished. I'd forget to have lunch some days which has never happened in my entire life.

Ordered the 60mg pen after that and been on it since.
