Guaranteed delivery on the 11th, still waiting for delivery on the 13th. Tracking number provided is invalid and DPD claims no parcel was ever given to them!
For a company called 'NextDayPosters' you'd think they'd actually deliver. Tried to contact them but no one answers phone lines (middle of working day call, so someone should be there!), and no response to online form.

Ordered on the Monday delivered on the Thursday - Paid extra for for delivery before 12 on Wednesday - received after 12 on Thursday. Understand they are not the delivery people but when you pay extra for express you would think they would offer a discount if delivered in standard time but only get a copy/paste email from their FAQs instead.
