Amazing customer service from the team with prompt action. I bought few items during fully charged show from Next day solar. I found out some parts were missing when checked after arrival at home.
What an example of a good customer service and sent replacements ASAP.

I spoke to technical manager 'Said' at the Sustainability Show Next Day Solar were exhibiting at. Said sold me 2 solar bulbs which they state last for at least 4 hours on full charge, low light. They only last 1 hour and are not worth the money. Said gave me a pair of faulty garden spot lights which don't work. Looks like they gave it to me because they couldn't be bothered to through it in the trash. Said also asked me to email him regarding an enquiry I had, including links to a solar product he wanted to see, and said he would reply. But no-one ever responded.

Rubbish company, never buying from them again.

Update 11.05.23 in reply to Next Day Solar's response to my feedback:

As stated, the solar bulbs I brought from you last no longer than one hour. You confirm they are supposed to last for 4 hours, therefore this is false advertising or defective goods. As for the garden lights, how am I supposed to know why your products don't work? Pressing the button on the back has no effect. Telling me your personal products work for you, does not change the fact that I was given products that have 'never' worked.

I sent you an email October 2022 for the attention of Said as you requested. You did not reply. It is very convenient that you are 'now' saying you can't find my email. If you didn't see my last email, what is the point in asking me to send you another, especially when you are trying to insult me by calling me a serial complainer?!

I don't think you understand how reviews work. This platform is for customer feedback regardless of what star rating is issued. It is not a requirement for 'anyone' using this platform to only give 5 star reviews. It is my prerogative what star rating I give, and this will not be dictated by you. The fact that you think that I should be rating otherwise, is a 'you-problem'.

My reviews are 100% accurate, genuine with proven receipts. I have received plenty of thumbs-up's from other people who also agree with my reviews and have had similar experiences. The fact that you are trying to imply that I have written an inaccurate, false review just because I reported on the dreadful experience I had with Next Day Solar, just goes to show what a bad company you are.

I am not interested in any further communication with a company that has sold me defective goods, and insults me just for leaving an honest review.

NDS recently installed solar panels onto our roof. Compared with the other company which quoted for us, they were far more thorough and knowledgeable - they showed throughout that they are genuine solar power enthusiasts who want the system to work for you. They advised us correctly on planning permission and moved quickly with the work once we received it. I thoroughly recommend them.

I contacted Next Day Solar after finding them on Which? They were prompt in getting back and efficient - George in particular was good to deal with. I wanted a Solar Panel System with batteries to store the energy created. They talked me through the whole business which I didn't find that easy to get my head around. They kept to the dates they promised and delivered an efficient system for me which I am very pleased with. There was no bullsh**t or overselling, and I felt they dealt with me honestly throughout. Standout service to other solar installers. After speaking to several installers, NDS were the only company to offer comprehensive and well structured advice. They helped me design the system, understanding my current and future needs.

The actual installation was smooth and the got on with the work in deep snow.

I have ordered three times in the past month and all with the same excellent service. I shall be ordering other products in the near future.

This review is about the installation of a 6Kw PV solar, inverter and battery system on a domestic property. After some research, I was inspired to choose this company after watching the installation videos on their YouTube channel. Initial contact was easy, and after submitting my details and requirements via their proposal form, a site visit was arranged quickly where my options were discussed. Within the next few days I received a design of the system and its components, and all of my questions were answered promptly. From signing the contract, it took about 8 weeks for the installation to begin- an application to my area power network was needed, and components ordered. The installation itself took only 2 days, the electrician, roofer and fitters were an excellent team, friendly and trustworthy. The system started working at sunrise the next day, and in less than a month (in November) has already saved nearly £60 in bills. The total cost of the system seemed about right compared to other companies, I'm weary of 'too cheap', I looked carefully at the components they provide and they are all from reputable manufacturers within the industry with good reviews. If you're looking for a solar system for your house, I can strongly recommend Next Day Solar.

Lovely people, but didn't give me the correct information about my product, and then after I received it and complained by phone, I didn't get the follow up phone call that I was promised.

After a bit more chasing, I was looked after royaly...they went above and beyond.
