Comfortable bed but better design putting together needed
We liked the finish of the bed and it comfort, however it was really stressful trying to put clips under the bed as they kept popping back out. Better design needed to keep beds attached.

Missing Items
Got delivered the bed with missing screws so the bed is now being used without any assembly done. After emailing about the missing screws they said the missing pieces will be delivered shortly but nothing ever came.

Our divan bases are constructed using specially engineered corrugated board designed for strength and durability, not standard cardboard. This is an industry standard material used to provide support while keeping the base lightweight.
As the bed was purchased in 2024, it would have been covered under our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty at the time. If the issue had been reported within that period, we would have been able to arrange a replacement for you.
