Working with Dr. Lydia Travnik has been so helpful. And the support when calling customer service (especially Jeannine) has been great. Once you get over the initial hurdles Next Med has been easy to work with through text messaging.

I really like how they respond to all of my inquiries timely. They are willing to go the extra mile for customer service. JM is my customer service representative! Dr. Palumbo is awesome.

Overall I have been very happy with next medical. Although initially getting through the PA process took longer than expected, Dr. Greene and all of the support staff have been very helpful and thorough. I recently requested a refill on my prescription and within 15 minutes Dr. Greene had submitted the prescription and someone from next medical contacted me later that evening to let me know the status of the prescription with my local pharmacy. I would recommend next medical without a doubt for its ease of use and attentiveness of its providers

4/21/2023 Next Med has excellent customer service. They have always answered any of my concerns efficiently and normally within 5-10 minutes. Renz A just called me in person to tell my my pharmacy has my prescription and that it is ready to pick up. They actually called and asked me when I could be available to speak with them. I did not follow up. They did. Thank You Renz A. Excellent customer service !

My telehealth apptmt with Cora Reynolds (nurse practitioner) was thorough and helpful to get my prescriptions.

I am so very pleased with Nextmed and their services. I was skeptical at first. i had never done business online this way. The team was communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. I started off wanting to cancel and asked for a refund. After waiting 4 and a half months with no word from this company in regards to my insurance, prescription and where I was in the process. But then it seems a request to speak to a supervisor turned everything around. Thanks to Josh B. (Supervisor) and Christian C. who has been very informative and follows through until I have taken my dose. I can't thank you enough for changing my opinion about Nextmedical. You are a gem to the company.

I have been with Next Medical for over six months and my provider is Dr. Greene. With any questions or concerns I have; I would hear from Next Medical within 1-4 hours. Never more than 24 hours. Dr. Greene has always been on top of my medication and refill. I had the pleasure to have the Rep JM. She checked on me, see how things are going. It is really easy to contact your rep by email, text, phone call. Excited to find Next Medical, Dr. Greene, and JM!

I really love that the representative Jim called to check up on me and asked how I was doing and was there any side effects or problems I was having. Jim showed high concerns for the patient and giving me all important information that I needed.
