My husband and I had a fantastic experience with finding and renting a property via Next Move.
Vincent, our letting manager, was absolutely brilliant from our very first contact and he went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed to get the offer across to the landlord and subsequently all the paperwork signed and approved. He made the process extra smooth and was extremely pleasant and professional during the viewing as well. Kind, friendly and fast

I rent a flat that Next Move manage and their maintenance man Trevor is a bit of a hero: Several niggles were all dealt with in just one visit, the place left cleaner & tidier than when he arrived. Not what one expects in this day & age!

I recently sold my apartment via NextMove. I did speak to a number of the local agents, but having lived in the area for many years, I decided to work with NextMove due to their local knowledge and experience. It was absolutely the right decision, to go with NextMove, with the flat selling quickly, without too much hassle.

We sold our maisonette in Clapton through Next move. We dealt mainly with Steve from the Chatsworth Rd branch who was magnificent and dealt with all the ups and downs of selling in London post Brexit. He was honest with us and the buyer and was a really trusted source of advice on how to get the sale done. We are planning not to move again soon... but should we do we would use Next Move without hesitation

I enlisted their services to sell a 5 bed Victorian house that had recently been refurbished. Was extremely impressed by the homework the agent had done at the first visit. I was kept up to date on a regular basis, were fully responsive through the entire process and even received a write up on the visits. Not only did i achieve asking but they were very open on providing some honest and helpful advice on my follow on purchase (away from the area).

In a tough time to be selling a house in London, the team at Next Move were as much as I could realistically ask them to be. We bought our first house through them in 2004, and they've been a mainstay of the N16 property market. Everyone I have dealt with has been polite and courteous. Ciaran (as well as his colleague Filip) who looked after our sale, did a great job of both managing our expectations (good and bad) as well as finding a buyer. He told me on day one, he knew exactly the demographic of the person who would buy our house. Turns out he was exactly right. The success of Next Move relies on trust in the local area built up over many years- I hope they continue to do well.

I had the pleasure of selling my flat via Stoke Newington Next Move in Mar 2018. The process from start to finish was faultless. From the quality of the photos and marketing, down to the number of viewings arranged in quick succession, and finally the negotiation and completion process, everything worked perfectly. They achieved a very good price for me in what was a tough market. I would definitely recommend them.

Recently bought a flat through Stephen in the Clapton office and he was excellent. I had had 2 flats fall through with other estate agents before so was a bit weary about the whole process. Stephen was always available, extremely responsive and kept me up to date with every development and even when there was no update. I never had to chase for anything. Would 100% recommend next move clapton, and Stephen in particular.

I have bought and sold a property a few years apart through Nextmove and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ciaran was a joy to work with both times -extremely polite, personable and genuinely nice guy. Definitely not the usual estate agents. I also find they price properties fairly and therefore get things sold promptly. I have only good things to say about Nextmove and I’ve had a fair share of bad experiences with estate agents and the property market!

We sold our flat in stoke Newington within a week with Next Move. Super efficient service and sensible valuations. Would definitely use them again. Thanks Ciaran for the top service!

We had previously bought our flat via Nathan and Next Move back in 2013 and we were so impressed with Nathan in particular that when the time came to sell it 5 years later it was a simple decision to go with them. We asked for Nathan in particular and he acted as our agent throughout, he was excellent from beginning to end. Always professional, clear communication, great availability, sound advice and the right balance of charm and realism, he was instrumental in getting the sale done in what was a much trickier market to the one we had bought the flat in. We would thoroughly recommend using Nathan and Next Move to anyone looking to sell.

I marketed my flat with Next Move in Clapton. It sold on the first viewing. Stephen Daly and the E5 office were fantastic throughout the process. Extremely friendly and efficient and always looking after our needs. I'd definitely use them again.

One often assumes when dealing with estate agents that it's going to be unpleasant and frustrating - that has absolutely not been the case with Next Move in Stoke Newington. The team has been faultless - very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. A pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend anyone work with them.

Next Move staff are professional, efficient, responsive and very sympathetic and understanding. They really helped with the difficult jobs of selling, choosing, moving and settling in to a new home. They negotiate well and are facilitative.
Unlike some estate agents, they didn’t do a hard sell, but listened to our needs and made suggestions accordingly. They negotiated honestly between sellers and buyers.
They were also kind after the move, even tracking down wrong deliveries.
