The product offerings are great

The product offerings are great, beautiful and prices are fair. Ordering a bracelet in the correct size is difficult, so I have a very nice bracelet that I cannot wear (too small). Delivery is slow, but now that I know that detail, I have lowered my expectations.

Beautiful jewelry and convenient

The website was very easy to navigate. They have beautiful jewelry and am looking forward to receiving what I have ordered. If the item I have ordered looks as good as the picture than I will be ordering other things

impossible to return

I purchased a nice necklace from this company and ordered the same bracelet, but I received the wrong color bracelet, and it is impossible to return it.

I ordered two bracelets on November 29

I ordered two bracelets on November 29. No deliveries yet despite web site saying 8-10 days for delivery. Zero communications and they are near impossible to get in touch with. I already regret ordering from them. Next step will be a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I do not hear from them within 24 hours. Avoid.

This is my first time ordering from this company, so my input probably doesn't mean a lot. However, my computer tells me that your website is a threat. I chose to ignore their request. Hopefully what I ordered will arrive in time (not for Christmas)

I ordered on November 30th as a Christmas gift. No one contacted me until I reached out on December 13th. They tell me they haven't even begun processing my order and my items wont ship til January. Worst customer service I've received

Don’t buy from this company

I purchased a necklace for $220, but it was poor quality. I returned it a few days later. I received a $150 refund, although the website states the company issues a full refund. I also had to pay return shipping.
