Nextory is great, genuinely
I use Nextory quite a lot - and it has only been making improvements since I first got it. I use Nextory unlimited for 4 people, and have been using it for more than a year. We're all quite big readers and we can all use the account at the same time, which is a big plus. With all its features, unlimited reading and its very generous collection of books (sometimes im surprised at what i can find!), this is in my opinion the best audiobook service out there right now. :)

Books is missing chapters and accompanying PDFs
Books is missing chapters and it's not possible to download accompanying PDFs. I asked customer support where the accompanying PDFs could be downloaded, and I had to repeat the same question three times to three different people. Each time, they responded that the book was an audiobook and that it was not possible to download a PDF. However, I wanted to listen to the audiobook but needed the accompanying PDFs to see the drawings and symbols to understand the book. The fourth time, I got the answer that it's not possible to download any accompanying PDFs. When I gave up on that book and found a new one, whole chapters were missing.

I love how easy it is to use
I love how easy it is to use. Different categories to organice your books and even a sleep mode where you can stop it after example 15 minutes and longer! I really like the app and would recommend it to anyone who is new or more experienced user since it is easy to use. One thin that i found missing was older books. Different series first releases were not there but later ones were witch kinda sucked but im hoping that they will be awaylable in the future! 👍🏻

Searching next book to read is…
Searching next book to read is difficult if you don't already now what you want to read and search it by name. I would like better gategory system specially in childrens books. The legth of audio book is not shown before you start to listen it. Chapters are missing in most of the audiobooks hard to find point where you where lisening if you lost it some way.

You have a great stock of books. And I hope you keep up the pace of adding new books. One goal you can have is to be the one company with most titles in your stock. For me and many others I know, that is the best selling argument.

Only thing I missed is that I could not read the reviews that were in English. I could only read the Dutch comments even though there were 230 comments
