Can not return items - no documentation- no returns forms and telling me I now have to send them back to a fake address in Israel where their headquarters are even though they shipped out of China 🤷‍♀️ This website is a nightmare - working with bank to get money back!

Shoes said $160 but when i paid it was $300 and they wouldn't let me refund

Do not buy from this site! I purchased a pair of air Jordan that I receive but were fake and also my bank got scammed by this company close to $3000 be aware!!

Initially the communication was good they answered my questions. There was no tracking etc and no information fora long time so I began to get suspicious and notified my bank. Product arrived… from Hong Kong claiming to be authentic. It is not the product that in the photo it is a cheap knock off. I was hoping my 7 year old wouldn’t notice but the kids at school noticed. Needless to say I am furious. My bank managed to thankfully get my money back but I have had to cancel my cards and accounts due to being scammed. When the product arrived it “looked” fine with keyring and box claiming to be from StockX… however the product is definitely not what the same as the original or the product shown on the website. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

This company stole my money! Do not order from this company. They debit your account for more than the order price and send one email then that's it complete silence. No answering calls, whattsapp, emails, social media nothing.

This is a scam site. They charge in USD even though everything in the site says it is from NZ including the address. There is no reference to a specific currency. Also when you try to cancel an order they ignore your emails. I tried contacting them via WhatsApp and they said to email and then ignored me. I successfully claimed a chargeback through my credit card.

I ordered a pair of Air Jordans for my daughter and the quality was terrible, to the extent that my daughter wouldn’t even wear them. After reporting back to Nextshoess of the issues, their first response was that there was nothing wrong with them but then after my persistence, providing evidence and chasing for weeks with them consistently ignoring my emails, I eventually received the following response (copied from email):

“Sorry for the late reply.
We're just found out if that's the manufacturer's error and we already forward your feedback to the supplier. For our apologies, we will give you a 50% discount voucher for your next purchase. Is that okay with you?

NO IT’S NOT OK!!! I wanted to return the shoes and obtain a full refund, their offer would force me to purchase another product from them which I will absolutely never do. After more back and forth emails they continued to refuse my request and I now have a horrible pair of shoes that I have paid good money for that will never be worn.

Wow! Those reviews are freaking rig! I receive my shoes today. It took about a month to get them.

They came with the authenticity tag, a pair of socks, some laces and, my favorite : they sent me my pair of shoes as a keychain and I looooove it!!

These are NOT fake shoes, and you can see it with your bare eyes!!!

This is a scam !!! Don’t not buy I bought a pair of shoes for my son it was too small when it arrived asked for an exchange it was out side 5 days window so I tried to sell it on eBay So I could get him a new pair eBay sent it for authentication it failed authentication I emailed them

Bad customer service when asking for a refund offered 40% off Mt next pair. Who will buy if it's going to be another fake? After asking for a full refund no more reply.

Was very happy with the product. Came with a key chain. Authentication and a pair of socks. Only bad thing is that they didn't make it clear they were from Hong Kong. Still recommending to others

I have waited 2 months for shoes that were ordered and tracking tells me that they were delivered to my house in a country I don't actually live in. When asking for a refund, they refuse.

BUYER BEWARE! My 11 year old son saved up and bought Nike dunk low pandas for $250. No tracking number and when they did arrive they are clearly fakes from Hong Kong. Our first email was replied too but when we asked for a refund they stopped. No information with shoes regarding refunds etc. On their website it says if you return shoes within 5 days there is a full refund. No return address.

Website made out like it was local, and displayed NZD and then charged in USD so it was twice the amount we thought. Then confirmation email did not have tracking number. After many emails they always said an excuse of why they did not have a tracking number and eventually had to accept I will not be getting my shoes or my money back .... DO not buy from this site
