Terrible company

Terrible company. I got a locked in quote for a window for pickup. At the last possible moment before we were flying out they said they would ship it but for $275 higher than the quote. That is clearly bait and switch.

I did not receive any documentation, BOL or inspection report.

I did not receive any documentation when this vehicle was delivered. No BOL or any receipt supplied by the delivery driver and I signed nothing.
No inspection report before loading vehicle.
No contact from driver before delivery on 02/27/2026 when he arrived at my location to off load and rang my doorbell.
I contacted your company about this after delivery and was told you would supply a BOL. Still waiting two months later for documentation due to damage to vehicle when delivered!

Great communication

Excellent Service

The team at Nexus was very professional, responsive, and accommodating. They provided a pickup/delivery window but completed the transport well ahead of schedule. The driver was also very pleasant, thorough, and handled the car safely. This experience was a direct contrast to another popular company that just wasted my time. So glad I found them. Their customer service was also excellent.
100% recommend, no complaints.

Arrived on time and in excellent condition

The final price was as quoted. The car was picked up in Houston on Friday mid-day and arrived at 9:00 AM Saturday morning. The driver was courteous and took great care of my car. I'd definitely go with them again!

Avoid Nexus Auto Transport at all costs.

I scheduled a pickup for Tuesday. They never showed up. What followed was days of excuses, zero accountability, and no real attempt to get my vehicle picked up. Every time I managed to reach someone, I got the same scripted line about “waiting on dispatchers,” with no updates and no progress.

On Thursday, I was told multiple times my car would be picked up that day or evening at the latest. No call. No show. Just another broken promise.

By Friday morning, I couldn’t even get someone on the phone. The only way to get a response was to submit a new request—then suddenly they call within a minute. Once transferred to support, it was back to the same story. An hour later: “no dispatchers available.”

At best, this is gross incompetence. At worst, it’s a bait-and-switch operation designed to string customers along without actually securing a carrier.

Because of their failure, I had to scramble and sell my car to CarMax at the last minute just to make my flight.

This was, without question, the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Completely unreliable, misleading, and a total waste of time. Do not trust them with anything.

DO NOT use this horrific company

DO NOT use this horrific company. They lie all the time about pick up and delivery. We arrived in Sarasota early morning and was told the car would be there and never was. We had to Uber there at night to pick up our car. THEN they never showed up to take it home. Get your money back as I was lucky enough to do. The drivers are RUDE and don't even respond. Run don't walk away from Nexus. No stars from me!!!

Negative stars

If I could give this business a negative star count I would. If their online booking seems too simple and good to be true, that's because it is. I schedule to have my car picked up from Houston and delivered to Austin on a Saturday for $415. Well.... Saturday comes around and I hear no word from them. It took multiple attempts to get in touch, and when I did I was told "Your pickup driver tried to show up yesterday on Friday (not the day I scheduled for) but the car wasn't ready, so he'll be coming on Monday instead (a day I specifically said I was unavailable when asked during scheduling)." I was shocked to hear that they had known since the previous day that they would be bailing on the pickup, and not once had they contacted me to let me know or to let me know they planned to change the delivery date. When I pushed back because I had SPECIFICALLY scheduled for Saturday, they lied to me and said ok they could have it sent that evening, when really I learned they hadn't found a driver after talking to management. Then I learned from the manager that they had never intended to drop it off on Saturday to begin with, and had planned to bring it Sunday initially - but never told me this. THEN I made it extremely clear again that I wouldn't be available Monday and that the delivery MUST be Tuesday. Well, Monday rolls around and I get texts from 3 numbers and 3 missed calls interrupting an important meeting I was on that were making attempts to deliver Monday. I refused delivery because I was UNAVAILABLE. They finally delivered Tuesday (though 2.5hr late) and when they did they tried to charge me an extra $25 than quoted. Yeah right.

Failing to deliver

I did receive a quote for transportation from Emma Whiteword at Nexus. The appointment was date and time specific since it involves a car that has been transported from Europe for a service in the U.S. Nexus and Emma failed to deliver and I lost my appointment resulting in 2 week delay. Even worse, Emma who was very eager and responsive when getting the deail does not pick up her email or answer the phone.

Seamless Process

Very pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone who needs car transport. Shipped my old car to a relative about 700 mi away on the east coast. The whole process was very easy to set up and saved me from having to make a long trip and buy airline tickets. Well worth the money. Will definitely call Nexus again if I need car shipping. Thank you!

My best experience so far! Constant communication, real-time vehicle location at all times, over 25 photos of the vehicle upon pickup, an affordable and, above all, fixed price—no surprises! Avoid Nexus Auto Transport – Broken Promises and Zero Reliability

I strongly advise anyone looking to ship a vehicle to stay away from this company. My experience with Nexus Auto Transport was a complete nightmare from start to finish.

We agreed on a specific pickup date, which they missed entirely. What followed was a frustrating cycle of missed deadlines and broken promises. I had to personally follow up with them more than five times just to get an update, and every single time, the "guarantees" they gave me turned out to be false. They never delivered as promised.

This company lacks basic communication skills and professional accountability. I felt like I was doing their job for them while they held my plans in limbo. Save yourself the stress, the time, and the money—find a shipper that actually values its customers and honors its commitments.

Zero stars if I could.

100% dissatisfied with this service

100% dissatisfied with this service. If I could give less than one star, I'd give no stars. We made a reservation a month prior to pick up date, but never received a confirmation of driver. Two days prior we started calling to find out when we could expect a driver to contact us, only to be told that they don't source the driver until the day prior. The day prior we started calling again and kept getting told that they would call us shortly. They never did. We called again at 5pm local time and we're told that we'd get a call at 8am CST the next day (pickup day). Never happened. We called them again and were told we were the #1 priority. Mind you, this is the date the truck was supposed to be picked up. We finally called them back at 6pm and were told there was no available driver. This company NEVER contacted us, not once. Had we not initiated contact 48 hours prior I'm convinced they never would have reached out. Had we not called them repeatedly, I'm sure we'd never have heard from them. Even the very last contact when they confirmed no driver was available we initiated the call. This company sucks!!!

My experience with nexus was great

My experience with nexus was great. Melissa was my primary contact and made set up extremely easy even though I through a few road blocks in the process. Melissa was quick with a solution. THANK YOU. The drive they chose was first rate easy to work with was on time and very prompt with communications.

We contacted Nexus about a month prior…

We contacted Nexus about a month prior to when would we would need our truck picked up. We set the date for April 16 and we got a confirmation. I contacted them on the 15th and asked about what time they planned on picking up and was told they’re still trying to find a local driver. They said they would contact me the next morning on the 16th. I call them at a little after seven in the morning Pacific standard time and was told that it was still too early on this side of the coast to get a hold of anyone and to give them 2 to 3 hours. I called again at about 11:15 and was told they’re still trying to find a driver and they were waiting for some callbacks. I explained that we needed an answer because if they weren’t gonna be here, we needed to make other arrangements. Our time was not fluid we’re moving out of state. We had things set to specific timeline. My husband then called and was told the same thing. He then asked to speak to supervisor and when he asked them yes or no, is somebody going to be here to pick up our vehicle? He was told that no driver was assigned yet and to please give them a couple of hours. He also explained about our timeline. He then told them that since no driver has been assigned. they’re fired. If you have a month and you wait till the day prior to find a driver, your business practices are horrible, you have no consideration for the people that you’re supposed to be helping. They claim that they help military members transport their vehicles. So this is a warning out to anybody who is military or retired military like we are please avoid this company, you don’t need the headache or the stress.
