It is a disaster, I lost my server, no answer to my tikets, they continue to charge in my credit card services they do nos provide
NEVER RECEIVED VPS - SCAM
Purchased a VPS and didn't arrive.
Raised 3 tickets and over the space of a week didn't receive any response from the company.
Now their page for the dashboard will not load and seems to have disappeared.

NEXUS VPS service doesn't work
I hired the NEXUS VPS service, it doesn't work.
I've been without access for 10 days, I've already opened two tickets and the support doesn't respond
It's not a user fault, I know what I'm doing, I use several VPS from other companies.

Orded a fairly deer server of them and they went down for 4-5 days straight and they responded with "We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are having some unfortunate software and hardware issues in many of our DCs." and now it went down again they said I have to backup my data for future references but why would I need to do that??

This company probably operates on such thin margins, that when they go down, like 3 days ago, they have no equipment or people to help get it back up.
They ran smoothly for years, now they are fully down. All they said is "please bear with us, hardware and software issues". AFter asking repeatedly for updates, you get nothing and you can't call them. Terrible. NO idea when its coming back on online after 3 days!
Server offline for 4 days, no support
Our server went offline on Friday and has been down now for 4 days. Ticket support has responded with a single, one line message saying "Please wait for updates as we continue to work on this problem." We've been begging them for 3 days to provide any additional detail but they ghosted us. We've lost years of data and their service is so slow that some recent backups were corrupted because of intermittent loss of connectivity before the complete outage.

Used to be a very good and professional hosting service. As other reviewers have noted, their customer service has suddenly and dramatically changed for the worse. I have a really basic site that doesn't need a lot of maintenance so I don't update it that often. I tried to log in very recently to find my user account had been deleted. I had renewed my annual service last August, and this is January, so this was super weird. I emailed them describing the problem and requesting technical assistance. No response. [Before this, they responded swiftly to support requests]. They never responded to me and I remained blocked from accessing my account. Then I did some research and found out about the recent deterioration of their service. Alarmed, I contacted Paypal and requested a refund for the service, since I am unable to use it, and the company won't help. Paypal sent the details of my complaint to NexusBytes, who immediately sent me an email informing me that they had suspended my account for "non-payment." They did not refund me, however. Since I have the receipt from the payment I sent last August for my annual plan, I don't really know how they expect to get away with such blatant falsehood. Pretty sure Paypal will get me my money back eventually, but wanted to let people know that this company really has gone downhill in a dramatic way, and they are not only willing to take your money and not provide you with hosting, they will spitefully suspend your account if you ever complain, and then lie about it. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

They just disabled my account without any explanation or reason, support just abandoned the issue, and waiting for 3 days already. And as you know, 3 days in a business without receiving emails can destroy you.
So i had to migrate all my emails to another service but still there was some damage already.
And still they haven´t fixed the issue and not even apologised for the "mistake".
2 things at the core of any business - Email server and website server. Don´t trust this company for any of that.

Were not able to provide VPS for 1 day (SLA 60 min), then the provisioned VPS didn't work, support was unresponsive and wasn't able do resolve issue. So I paid, lost time, didn't get a working VPS. Asked for refund.
Some problems recently
they used to be very good but recently I got a unresponsive VPS for days! and constant problems with control panel which is slow and sometimes unresponsive, also vnc viewer not working anymore and support says it works. Now they agreed to give us a partial refund so it´s ok, hope they get their things fixed and recover what they have been, a very good vps host

A nightmare.
I own a business account who have a website and vps that should be always online.
Until now all was perfect but now nobody answer ticket and since I have a problem on billing I need urgently to contact them.
I saw their number on nexusbytes: fake. Is a VOIP number and if I try to call it shows "User busy" or "Number invalid".
Now I need to change hosting urgently and hoping that new hosting can migrate my services from old to new.
Stay AWAY! Use aruba.it (italy) or hostinger.com for better services! And check always that the phone number is valid!
