Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!
Nexus IP have been the best service I’ve used. From start to finish, they supported me with all of the IT needs for my new business - helping me install equipment in my office and providing ongoing support whenever I needed it.
When you call, they always answer, and there is always someone available to speak to without being passed from pillar to post, unlike many other companies.
Abby has been fantastic - she listened to all my needs and provided a solution that has worked brilliantly for my business.

Mark and the team did a great job of providing a new telephony solution as part of our office move, they also provided a super-fast internet connection and intelligent Broadband failover in case the main connection fails. The new telephone system is easy to use and highly featured, but they also managed to keep our legacy fax machine running too.

Richard from Nexus IP was very helpful and professional in sorting out a problem we had with our Yealink phone. We were unable to repair the phone remotely after several attempts Richard determined that the phone had a hard wear problem and it should be sent to them for repair.
The phone was sent to Nexus for repair and was returned a few days later working perfectly.
I would have no hesitation to recommend Nexus for any IT problems in the future.

I am writing to give Nexus a 5-star rating for their excellent service in helping us to get a new internet connection. We first met Nexus when they supplied an Ultrafast internet connection to a business unit next door. We were sharing the connection, but we decided it would be better to have our own. Nexus helped us choose the most appropriate internet connection and bandwidth for our business, and we ultimately decided on a superfast Virgin Media leased line with headroom for bandwidth expansion to meet our future needs.
The Nexus team was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. They took the time to understand our needs and make sure that we got the right solution. They were also very responsive to our questions and concerns.
The network installation was a bit challenging, as the network engineers could not agree on the best route into our building. However, Nexus was able to escalate the matter with the network and get the issue resolved quickly.
We are very happy with our new internet connection. It is fast, reliable, and has met all of our needs. We would highly recommend Nexus to anyone looking for a new internet connection

We are delighted with our new cloud telephone system and internet service supplied by Mark and the team. As a Barristers Chambers, we need to have maximum uptime of our telecoms and internet service for barristers, our staff and our clients. Mark and the team helped us make a smooth transition from our old on-premises telephone system using ISDN lines to the new one without any disruption to the business.
Our internet is now running on an ultrafast connection with intelligent failover in case of a disaster. This gives us peace of mind knowing that our communications will be up and running even in the event of an outage.
The new system uses an intelligent inbound call handling software that allows us to prioritize answering of inbound phone calls. This has been a huge help in improving our customer service. We also appreciate the mobility app that allows us to make and receive calls from anywhere and the call recording capability is a great security measure.
We would highly recommend Mark and the team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional telecommunications provider. They have a wealth of experience and expertise, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs.
