Poor Return Policies
I ended up having to pay $14 to return something that did not fit correctly - was not made aware of this when I contacted chat to initiate the return either. Customer service is also very generic and "robotic" with their responses - almost as if they are just reading off of a script. Service reps don't really show any basic customer service skills, displaying any form of sympathy or coming off apologetic for lack of communication on their end.
Clothes also seem to have a large gap in fit between sizes. For example, Large can be too small and XL can be too large.
