Awful software offerings and terribly slow response

The software offerings they provide aren't up to the mark. There are a terrible number of bugs, and their support team has the worst response time. I have been chasing them for weeks, and they haven't even resolved a single bug yet. Please avoid trusting nFocus Solutions if you need dependable software. Go for another provider. Anyone would do, except these liars! Please beware of these fake people who lie to sell! Even the owner is the same.
