Been a about a week and a half since I ordered and they haven't even processed more order yet. I emailed to ask when they'd ship at the latest or if there were any issues with my order, and I got no response. It's funny they were so quick to take my money, but so slow and careless to even bother answering. I want to hope my order's status will update, but I'm afraid this will keep up for another week. NFD has been so good for the past 2-3 years, but after this experience, I'm ordering from somewhere else. Horrible customer service and horrible businesses.

I ordered way back in September of last year, and it is now June 6. It's obvious I'm never gonna get the product that I bought, so I'd at least like the money that I spent on it back.

ordered my vapes, had some minor trouble with payment that was resolved semi-quickly, and they gave me an extra vape (for the trouble I assume, not an amazing one but nic is nic). It came EXTREMELY quickly after shipping started. I don't know if its my tolerance or something but the nic feels week, if I get any buzz it's minimal at the most.

i order my Vape on may 26 and to this day i have not gotten a update on my order and it is now June 17th🙄🙄all that is said is order is shipped i would really like my money back if they don’t have the flavor i want

terrible shipping. ordered an entire month ago and no updates. never touching this site again SMH

I ordered twice and never received anything. Pretty much just took the money and ran. No updates…nothing. It was stuck on the shipping update for weeks. After that….silence.

They said they can’t do a refund because it’s a third party delivery 🚚. I was skeptical, but hopeful that I would get the items. After the second time…nope(nothing). Stay away from this site. Twice was enough for me to leave.

Age verification is a legal requirement to sell their products online…..

NFDvapes sells to minors. Minors know this, and by googling the company you see underage kids posting about this place selling to them.

Great company they take awhile to ship sometimes a week sometimes 2 weeks but you always get the item u ordered

I ordered 1 pineapple ice and I guess they ran out and they gave me 2 vapes for the price of one this company is so good definitely recommend 10/10

They sell vape products to minors. I tried to reach out to them and no response. Also, their support page has blocked my access? Strange?

Update: I work in cybersecurity so I was able to conclude that NicFixDoctor blocked my IP address from accessing their site, which I can only ascertain was due to me notifying them of their violation of the Tobacco Control Act (I’m also a former paralegal). Well, you messed with the wrong mother. I have now submitted a report of your violation to the FDA. I hope they investigate you and shut you down for selling tobacco products to lord only knows how many children!

They are legit... However, I recently ordered a vape called "Pod - Cotton Carnival" it leaked like CRAZY!! I also ordered one other thing that was prefect lasted me about a month w/ heavy smoking. I've ordered some other times and have never had a problem. This is the first time I ever had a problem. Also, their shipping updates are delayed by multiple hours!! So don't worry if you haven't gotten an update in 24hrs. I would only worry if it's been 48hrs or more. The shipping updates are also scattered. Sometimes they don't update on time, so it messes up and says it's bouncing back from place to place, but don't worry! Most of the time these small errors will be fixed within 48hrs. USPS is known for their bad tracking updates. Overall, they're amazing and legit!

So I read on the website "same day dispatch before 11:30 am". So I placed an order at 7:30 in the morning, it is currently the same day (9 pm) and I haven't got any updates. Maybe i'm just being impatient? I don't know, but I normally get an update within 2-3 hours. I'm really worried, because I spent a lot of money. I emailed and haven't got an answer back? Should I just wait?

fresh out of the box and it was hitting weak. didn’t think anything of it and it died within a day.. it had 2500 puffs?? my friend went to charge it and said it look used before i even got it. very sketchy.

I’ve ordered from NFD several times throughout the last year. My orders have always been received promptly and in a good standing. I’ve only had an issue once and the seller rectified it immediately.

I had a very weird experience. Placed an order on Monday May 10th, didn’t hear anything so I emailed them for an update on Wednesday. Thursday I receive a text saying my order was shipped. Later that day, I received a reply to my Wednesday email saying my order was cancelled because “they texted me and I did not reply”. After numerous emails and a screenshot of the text-he had my number wrong. I replied and never heard from him again. I sent several emails still wanting to purchase but was ghosted. A sketchy experience, stay away imo.

It's not easy to vape in small towns but NicFix has a good selection of familiar and authentic items at prices you'd find a shops sometimes lower. Now I don't need to go to the sketchy gas station and buy fake puff bars or whatever.
