Breach of contract
My contract states "National Gas & Electric, LLC will contact you no later than 30 days before each automatic renewal to notify you of your supply options". They never contacted me and I've checked my spam folder. Nothing via USPS mail. They played me by leaving the low rate in place for a couple months after the contract ended and then suddenly jacking it up more than 2x what it was before. You might say it's my bad for not reminding myself to check it but no matter what it's a breach of contract.

One of the worst experience, I have ever had, one guy called Rub advised me your change of tenancy will be done in 2 days after two months someone advised me we will send you letter to let you know, they have a very bad customer service and poor service. I would never go with them they are laying and unprofessional team.
