Months of ignoring emails and not providing goods that I have paid for, yet still sending me marketing emails to buy more equipment! An absolute disgrace of a company - DO NOT USE!!!

Orderd reflex bag from ngne sports said it would be deliverd by dhl in 2 days a week later and 5 emails still no bag and no reply its a scam dhl number i was given returns with number not recognised.

Cobra bag broken and now being ignored!
This company were helpful when purchasing the Cobra bag and I was loving the bag until it broke/snapped..... I requested a spare part under the promised 1 year warranty to which I have been ignored after sending numerous emails and messages on various platforms. So I’m now left with £200 of unusable crap! Took my money then jogged me on when it broke after only a few months of use. Massively disappointed! AVOID!

Scam they order it from alibaba, hence the waiting time, bad quality bag that snaps at the weld leaving it useless, ignored over and over again by ngne, avoid and buy the real deal boxingbar or fierce reflex

TOTAL SCAM, 4 months and no order received.
I placed an order worth £200.00 with this company. waited 2 months for delivery, Sent an email asking for my order and received a reply from a Gmail based email stating it'll be with me soon. waited another 2 months and yet to receive an order. DO NOT USE or BUY. its a non professional company using your money as a loan amount rather then delivering goods. Scammers.
