My worst experience ever

I bought a 1300 Euro Sony Xperia from NGP Europe (which is the same as NGP USA) in summer 2023 through Amazon Italy.
The page on Amazon said "Sony Xperia XQDQ54C0B.EUK" where EUK means the European version of the phone.
As soon as I got the phone I put a cover on to protect it and started to use it.
After I got back to the office (1 month later) I started using a wired headphone to be able to call while charging the phone. And here the issues started.
The phone did not work, I could hear but the other people could not hear me.
I initially thought it was a headphone issue so I tried other headphones. The issue remained and after more days it became clear the problem was the phone and not the headphones (I tried many and all worked on other devices).
Unfortunately the terms for asking for a full refund expired in the meanwhile.
Nevertheless I tried to get help from Amazon by the vendor did not want to listen.
After some other weeks of useless communications I decided to sell the phone and here I got the final surprise: when I packed the phone, removing the cover, I noticed it was NOT the European version, but the Asian.
So the bottom line is: these guys sent me a wrong model, with clear defects, and refused any legitimate request.
Stay far away from them.
