It was alot of fun and really kept me engaged while I was leaning

The practice labs and the quizzes were my favorite part of this learning environment. It was broken up enough for me to grasp the basic concepts and truly understand this new world. I can't speak highly enough of my instructor Jacob Hess for his unique way of presenting a large amount of information and using analogies and examples to help me understand the concepts.

My experience with NGT Academy has been extremely positive. The coursework is well structured, practical, and clearly designed to build real-world networking and cybersecurity skills rather than just theory. The labs push you to think critically, troubleshoot step by step, and truly understand how networks work at a professional level.

What stands out most is how hands-on the learning is. You’re not just following instructions, you’re learning how to diagnose problems, configure devices correctly, and understand why things work (or don’t). That approach has significantly improved my confidence with routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, DHCP, wireless, and voice configurations.

NGT Academy is a great choice for anyone serious about building a solid foundation in networking or cybersecurity. The program challenges you in the right way and prepares you for both certifications and real-world environments.

To be able to use a virtual lab. This is great experience and I am very happy about this.

I enjoy the low stress of the work being on my time. The instructions are quite thorough.

Company has underhanded refund practices. I have not started the class I want refunded and upon reading the refund policy I believed I was well within the 72 hours of starting that class for a full refund as I have not started it yet. I did not ask for a full refund just one on the course I did not take. Besides that the material is quite dated and at times leaves me questioning whether they care about the student at all. I will not be completing it and I will not be coming back. This is a slimey company and you can get the same education for free on youtube. The fsne is not as highly regarded as they claim.

The lesson videos and the instructor, Jason Hess, are outstanding. The explanations are clear and easy to follow, which made even complex topics easier to understand. I learned a lot from this course and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in expanding their knowledge in this field.

I went in not entirely knowing what to expect from myself but left with a lot of knowledge and pride. I really enjoyed the course.

they have created an opportunity for me to have a career and change my life. I have PTSD and other health predicaments that can make my life trajectory less than ideal. I went with NGT Academy because of their teaching methods. Similar to military schools, its direct and straight to the point, just the meat and potatoes. Gives me the tools I need, to build myself a solid foundation to begin my IT career with.

The Full Stack Network Associate training is thorough, but it was hard for me to grasp. You really have to be dedicated to meet the milestones that are prescribed by NGT. A lot of information is thrown at you, and you have to find a way to make it stick. To be an accelerated course, this training would have been more effective by sticking to what is needed to be learned and evaluated on.

A well-structured course that is easy to follow.
