NGteach is a great company to work for. Very flexible and works with you on what days you can/want to work. Always got work on the days I wanted and the places I liked. Never had a problem with pay, was always more per HR than other companies too! The owner is lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Unfortunately I had to stop due to ill health, but if I can get back into work I will definitely be back!
