Absolute SCAM!! Please do not fall for the rubbish that these people give you. All they are good at is banking your cheques and feeding you a whole load of nonsense over the phone/Email. They do not even reply to your emails, they do not care and should be investigated. When you do call, and get charged for calling there number, they tell you the surveyor is looking into it, or the surveyor hasn't got back to them. I now have to swallow the fact we have lost a little over £800.00 for a service that was not provided as promised. Every time you call to ask for someone, they tell you that that person has left the company. No one that i have been dealing with has remained in this company longer than 2 months. They have been apparently working on our case for 2 years. once again a load of CRAP!. I never have written a review for anything but this company definitely required for me to write about the horrible experience we have endured. I have done some research and wished i did so before falling for the charm in the beginning. They are scamming innocent people for there hard earned cash and are getting away with it. It is daylight robbery. The should be investigated and reported!

Once the initial charm offensive of securing a meeting with us (with the promise of getting our business a reduction in our business rates and a reimbursement of 5 years of overpayment) this process took a rapid nose dive. We had to constantly chase them for updates which they would constantly say X,Y and Z wasnt available to deal with our query and that somebody would ring us back (this never happened not even once) they would claim to have emailed us updates (they never did) and when we would ask for evidence of these emails they would promise to do so and once again never followed through. The various associates we dealt with throughout the process grew increasingly rude and would often sigh and tut down the phone when speaking to us when they came under pressure to give us answers. The end result being they never delivered on what they promised and I would never recommend them to anyone - I wish we had looked at the trust pilot reviews beforehand for this company as its evident that many other people have experienced the same levels of unprofessionalism

Promised to save some money on business rates - as soon as they took my money (£900) never got back to me. Keep calling them and asking about the progress and they always promise to call me back and never do.

SCAM - avoid at all cost - a salesman called saying he was from NG Associates, he was rude and called me a 'pr1ck' - i called the number on the site, apparently its one bloke working in an office that have paid for a virtual office with a posh address - theyre not a real company - just an idiot/fraudster sat in his bedroom

I've worked with NG UK Associates for some time now and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to save on business rates.

Complete scam artists. Pressured us to pay for work that was never done in 2 years. never use a 3rd party company to negotiate rate reductions. they just use Valuation Office delays to reap fees. Avoid at all costs I Intend to contact the Police over this. They probably took money from 1000 companies at £750 a time. You do the maths!! This company should be investigated by the Police as it is a large fraud affecting business owners, many of whom are NOT limited companies. What is most annoying of all is that any rates rebates given were given by a Government initiative, nothing whatsoever to do with NGUK

We are a Medical Centre and used NG associates to appeal our business rates. From the moment we instructed NG we received excellent service. We received regular updates throughout the process and NG were always on hand to answer any questions that I had. After a fairly short period of time, we received an outstanding result, far exceeding our expectations. I cannot recommend NG highly enough.
