Buyer Beware
I purchased two premium priced hats from this company and was extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. The hats were shipped internationally in an unprotected bag and arrived crushed, misshapen and unwearable. I provided clear photos documenting the damage, yet the company insisted the items were “not considered damaged” and that they would “regain their shape” and stopped responding after I requested a resolution.
The products I received did not match the images or quality represented on their website, and the company relied on a “final sale” policy rather than addressing a legitimate issue with damaged and misrepresented merchandise. No refund, no accountability, and no follow up.
Based on my experience, customers should be aware that this company does not stand behind its products or its advertising, and offers no meaningful support when issues arise. Buyer Beware.
