I placed an order for a jersey and waited over a month, during which I was given delivery estimates indicating it would arrive this week or next. After all that waiting, I was notified at the last minute that the item was actually out of stock and my order was cancelled. This means the item was either never available in the first place or was oversold — both are unacceptable.

Letting customers wait more than a month for an order that cannot be fulfilled is a complete failure of inventory management and customer communication. By the time the order was cancelled, the jersey was sold out everywhere, eliminating any chance to purchase it elsewhere.

The only “compensation” offered was a 25% off coupon, which is insulting given that the item cannot be reordered. A refund is the bare minimum it does not compensate for wasted time, broken delivery promises, or missed purchasing opportunities.

This company should not be selling items they cannot guarantee fulfillment for. If you care about reliability or timely delivery, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Terrible. They use Landmark Global for their shipping. Horrible reputation as unreliable and unprofessional. Deeply regret purchasing from here.

**************scam alert****************this is scam company. don't buy anything from them. placed the order on Nov 30th . paid more to fast tracked the order to receive it in 2-3 days . i received email with estimate delivery date will be dec 5th. since then i chat with the agent and every time they are saying wait 2-3 days i chat dec 5-dec 10-dec 12-dec 15th-dec 18th and they are not even returning my money.

Horrible company and even worse customer service. Buy your nhl products elsewhere. Fanatics is a online predator.

I placed my order on Dec 20 and paid extra for 3-7 business days for delivery. I called on Dec 26 to find out where my order was. I was told that the delivery doesn't start until after the shipping date, not the day I placed the order. I put in for cancellation because the item was a Xmas gift and I didn't want the order anymore. After 2 business days, I called back and was told not I have to wait for my delivery date. On Jan 16 my order was still in processing, I put in another cancellation and I was told someone would get back to me and I have to wait. Well, on Jan 26 my second promised delivery date order is still in processing, put in for another cancellation. This time I was told to call back in 2 business days and then 3-7 business days for my refund. I have spoken to 3 so-called supervisors and 1 hung up on me, just for asking questions.
