I bought so many of their clothes. I love these Chinese style and design clothes for my children. Especially Hanfu!!!! It looks just like Chinese princess !!

I had an excellent purchase experience, and the customer service was very helpful in answering my questions.

Package was lost and they did not help me find it or offer a refund despite my contacting them through multiple channels - their online chat, email, phone, social media.

It is very difficult to summit the return.I will not buy anything from this store. Even the design is very good!

Fast delivery and good quality dresses!

The qualities are really good, but unfortunately the sizes for kids were bit smaller. The company doesn't have an exchange system yet.

Superb quality and very creative design. The dresses were based on traditional Chinese outfits, with a modern fusion. The colour used was not only a traditional Chinese palette combination but also a reflection of Dunhuang.
The make of the clothes were fantastic.
My daughter also really enjoyed the stickers that came as a gift.

I like the Hanfu I bought, it is beautiful. However, there should be two straps as the picture, they only sent me one strap. I also wrote an message and ask if they can sent me the missing piece, but nobody reply to me.

No confirmation email, so I could not initiate a return. No response over three days after contacting them.
You respond to the review but no one is available on the live chat. I tried several times during work time or after hours, never had luck to be connected with an agent. I received other emails from Nianyi, like the track order or delivery notice, but just the confirmation email is missing, which I need for return... BTW, the tel number listed under contact didn't work...

I got 2 Hanfu's and 1 little boys sweater. They shipped and arrived very quickly. Really good quality, I feel like the price is very good for the great quality they are SO beautiful! They even came in a cute shipping package that was decorated with a dragan! I can't wait for our kids to wear them for the moon festival!

The shipping is slow and the dress is not in a high quality. With such high price, it is not worth it to buy.
