Disgusting customer service!!!
Disgusting customer service! Ordered 3 weeks. Took payment out of my account! Sent numerous emails and no reply! Contacting PayPal to get my money back! Whoever wants these dummy clips can buy them from Ali Express for next to nothing and make them cheaper at home. Won’t even cost you £7 to make and this company is charging nearly £20 for 1 dummy clip!!!! And on top such disgusting customer service. The dummy clips thread is all coming apart! They ask you to return it to get fixed and they give you the wrong address and the post comes back to you that’s if you have put a return address! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!! get them yourself and make them cheaper!

Nibbling has been supporting of mums and babies since 2013 with thousands of happy customers.
Safety is our primary concern and our products are tested in independent laboratories, also in the UK.
The products found on Aliexpress not always have testing reports and potentially can be dangerous, let aside making them at home, which can be risky. We would certainly not recommend this.

Couldn't fault delivery or service
Right from start to finish my experience of purchasing from Nibbling UK has been fabulous! Super fast delivery and one very happy teething toddler.
Very quick in responding to both emails and messages to secure our order.
The quality in both their packaging and products is high and I've done my own research on this plus the safety, a lot of jewellery style baby products are deemed unsafe but these have both withstood my strength and my toddlers, and boy don't we know how strong toddlers can be with their tantrums!
Thank you for our dummy clips and teethers, especially loving our Christmas edition teethers.
Will be buying more!

Poor customer service- don’t know about…
Personalised items take 14 days to process- I couldn’t see that on the website when purchased. If it’s not clear don’t blame the customer- make it clear!
Also online queries need to be answered in a timely fashion- prompt communication is invaluable for good reputations - no excuses.

Update on my previous review!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
So after the reply from this company 3days ago saying they want to sort this immediately. I have heard nothing apart from a reply on Instagram to say they will pass the information on. Nothing else. Still not received my order (ordered 4weeks ago) no update nothing. I have emailed and asked for a refund and no reply. Looks like I won't be getting my money back disgusting. Avoid this company!!!!!
