Not happy with this company and their customer service, 20 days I’ve been waiting for my dummy clip to arrive which was for a gift and now that occasion has gone there’s not point it coming, emailed 3 times about it and even asked for a refund and no reply (no shock), absolutely disgusting basically stole money off me don’t seem legit to be honest

Love nibbling pacifier clips, it's my essential accessory for my babies which are easy to use, clean and love they are stylish and something I noticed early on the clip & beads are light so baby clothes do not pull :)

My personalised product is great but unfortunately it was very unclear that it takes up to 14 days to make when purchasing next day delivery. So if your paying £6.95 be warned it will take at least 15 days to arrive. I’m still waiting on mine.

We ordered the soother clips (twin pack) Earth, but we received the wrong colour. So the soother clip doesn’t match the dummy colour we bought with it. We sent an email to customer services, but no one got back to us. I expect to receive the right product for the price we paid and was very disappointed with the service!
